Raxie came walking by but when the elves passed by with the head of Vallus she threw her arms in the air and said "Am I late?!" and let her arms ragdoll back to her side "Again!?" and with that a hand went to her forehead in frustration. After a minute she shook her head from side to side "There's still the dragon at least, if it doesn't kill me first" she stated sarcastically and giving a nervous chuckle. Looking over and seeing Bodrik and Nick walking off towards where she hoped they were going she rushed over "Wait! Do you guys have room for a third?, You look like you could use some muscle you know"

"Hey I have muscle!" Nick flexed. He knew what she meant but he wasn't one to let things like that slide.

"I mean... No offense but this isn't some random quest, a dozen Elicor soldiers and countless adventurers failed to kill this dragon." Bodrik looked at the girl, who goes out looking for a dragon alone? Wait Nick does, but besides him who? "You know what sure come along, I bet you and Ol Nicholas Tankardson are gonna get along just swimmingly..." He rolled his eyes and continued south.

Raxie nodded with a grin and pointed a thumb to Nick "I don't know, mister muscle over here might just strangle me with his scrawny arms during the trip, thanks for letting me tag along never the less" she said "I also know about all the other adventurers and militia's and whatnot but you know never hurts to try, well in this case it does I guess" She said as she took her helmet off and ran a hand through her sweaty hair "Geez I swear this suit gets extremely hot I can hardly breathe after so long" grabbing a clothe she had in her satchel and wiping her face with it she then wrung the clothe to get whatever liquids she could get out of it.

The temperature here in the Arctic expanse was negative ten right now, it sometimes dropped as low as negative forty or even negative fifty! "How are you warm here, and how come your sweat hasn't frozen over. In a tin can like that you must be like an ice cube in an ice tray!"

"You try running around in this tin can all day!" Placing her helmet back on her head she looked around "So what's this dragon got that makes it so worth hunting down? Why not just let it be?" she asked out of pure curiosity. She wasn't against hunting it down but there had to be more than just 'It's a dangerous beast' Something she wasn't understanding but she didn't really care, she just wanted the reward really badly so she could finally get her own place rather than staying in the smelly barracks in her kingdom with a bunch of other men that stunk up the place.

"The dragon got that it is a dragon," Bodrik said, "monsters of inherent evil that seek to rule over men as they did almost six hundred years ago in the northern isles... To have one here is mysterious but it must be slayed at the same time."

Nick continued surveying the skies, while listening to this explanation. "I hope I can get a scale or two from it though. Dragon scales are supposed to be a very potent alchemy ingredient." Nick started to notice more elf bodies around, they must be getting close. They seemed to be closing in on what seemed to be a large pillar of ice...its layer perhaps? Nick looked a Bodrik and asked if his guess was right.

Raxie decided to take off her helmet "You know what screw this thing, if we're fighting a dragon a helmet isn't gonna do much good, I'm only saying" and she chucked it somewhere at random. She observed the surroundings, it was getting a lot icier, pillars of ice, entire rows of ice that looked like it had been aimed where it had landed "We are definitely growing closer that's for sure." She said and she started getting a little freaked out at the scene "You know I've seen some pretty gruesome scenes, but nothing like that"

•The giant crimson-red female dragon lay on the side of a mountain, her sleek wings folded carefully together, in front of her was the body of a man that she had killed earlier, she was content with what she had done, after all, human flesh was the best. The pointed scales of the dragon glinted and shined in the bright afternoon, her red eyes stared along the country side.•

((Nvm, I'm kind ma bored with this topic no offense to anyone. I feel like I'm trying to keep plot so much that it's not enjoyable... Let me fix this real quick.))

From the west of them a red flash of fire showered the mountains and the white dragon rose, "guys get down..." This was impossible. Two dragons after six hundred years! "It almost looks like they are fighting for these mountains..." After about ten or twenty minute the White Dragon flew off east wounded while the red looped around again settling on a nearby mountain...

"We're gonna have to split up," Bodrik sighed, "Nick you go with this knight woman, I have the most experience here fighting the White dragon so I'll go after it... You two take on the red." After a few good byes Bodrik headed off to the east... He would go on to slay the White Dragon and eventually become the next leader of the Beast Masters Guild when Issac stepped down. He married Brooke later in life but always wondered what happened to Nick....... HERE IS THEIR STORY!

Nick waved bye to Bodrik,"All righty then Raxie lets do this..." He paused to look at the red dragon on the mountain top. It looked there, possibly waiting for them. "Ladies first." Nick stepped aside and gestured for her to take the lead.

Raxie smirked as she began walking "I guess if someone's gotta have the balls to do it might as well be me" she said in the most sarcastic tone she could. She trudged along in front with a little hop to her step prideful at the comment she had made even if she shouldn't have been. It was cold so she started rubbing her arms on her shoulders a little bit but it wasn't anything she couldn't stand through so she just went along with it for the time.

Nick realized that his choice of words didn't convey what he meant, her being the one that would take all the hits, but he decided to let it slide. As they travelled closer to their destination, the temperature seemed to drop and he activated a weak fire spell to try and warm them up. "So how shall we get at this dragon? You up front smashing it with a sword and then I can try and take out the wings maybe?" He said

"Well I was thinking since I have the shield, maybe we can try a game of peekaboo, just hide behind my shield and attack with every chance given"She was being completely serious with this, it could be told from the way she spoke. Not in any sort of rush she started looking through her satchel, not sure what she was looking for or why she just decided she would.

"...ok..." Nick was t sure how to respond to this answer. "I guess, but I think I'm going to take my chances away from the shield and go for the wings. Then you can...'play peekaboo?'" Nick also awkwardly looked through his bag, though he was looking for something. He was looking for a small handheld crossbow which he had started making. It was still in the development phases, but now was a good a time as any to test it in battle. Now that they were closer he also confirmed that he was in the possession of a potion which would grant them frost resistance. "Here, it's so that you can concentrate on peekaboo instead of how cold it is." He took a swig of half and gave the rest to her. They were now at the foot of the mountain.

(Hard to tell, the other guys disappeared, if they don't message in another day you can replace Raxie.)
