Nekia was running from a demon again as he looked up to see a tree branch and grabbed it. He jumped on top of the branch, the demon took his sword that wasn't the one he left with his sister, Nyoko. He shoved into his demon form, with red hair and golden eyes and his closed looked like they belonged to a human, not an elf demon. The demon ran right under the branch he was on, Neika jumped on top of the demon and took his sword back. He held it up, positioned for the demons heart then stabbed the demon who let out a howl in pain.
(OOC: Mind if I join?)
Perched a dozen feet above the excitement in the same tree as the other elf, Myna watched in terror. Her auburn hair matched the bark of the tree as her brown eyes absorbed the detail with which the other elf struck the demon with his sword.
She shuddered and nearly lost her grip on the tree as the demon howled in pain. The tree beneath her trembled and she felt her grip slip. With a yelp, she fell, right into the middle of the fray.

Nyoko had been sleeping late that morning. She thought that a town was right ahead so she stayed up late last night, walking for hours. The town was suppost to be the next town that she serched for her brother, but she had gotten lost on the way.
She woke up with a jolt when she heard the noise outside and grabbed her brother's sword. She unziped her tent that she had been sleeping in to find a strange boy fighting a beast and an even stranger sight of a girl falling.
She did not know what to do at the moment. She was too scared to jump into the disaster, let alone know what was going on. She stood their terified, holding to sword in front of her as if the demon would spring out at her too. She watched the disaster happen and she felt as if it was all going in slow motion.

Zaer tread through the Forest lightly, his steps making little sound. Nearby a doe grazed. He walked towards her, the doe knew him and did not flee when she felt his hand on her back. For a moment he stayed, petting his friend softly, but from behind an unearthly howl was heard and the Doe ran off from fright. Zaer spun, just as another howl sounded, he ran in its direction, clearing a small hill that had obstructed his view.
What he saw was horrific, a demon, one that could come from nightmares, was fighting another with red hair and human clothing. In the mist of the battle was an elf with auburn hair, obviously frightened, and nearby, another paralyzed with fear.
Zaer reacted quickly, he took his bow from his back and restrung it. Placing the arrows in position he let three fly, hitting just above the heart and opening a clear wound. Finally, he placed another arrow in its place, this time taking more time to aim. The arrow flew, but it was different, it whistled harshly after its silent brothers and seemed do slash through the air, pulling it behind. The arrows landed dead center between the three other arrows. A satisfying crack rang loudly, followed by another ear splitting howl. The arrow broke the bone that had saved the demon so far, letting the other Demon's sword drive home.
Finished, Zaer pulled his bow around his shoulder, still strung and pulled a small shortsword from its sheath at his waist. Then he started down the hill, heading towards the small crowd.

Nico facepalmed, seeing the man try and kill the demon. Nico sat perched on a tree, his brown hair hanging in is eyes, "So JUST HOW WEAK DO YOU THINK DEMONS ARE?! YOU THINK THAT WILL KILL IT!! MAN, ITS PEOPLE LIKE YOU THAT MAKE EARTH LOOK STUPID!!" Nico screamed to the guy that was petting the doe.
Senka heard a demon's howl of pain and walked silently toward the sound.A black cloak hid her white hair, but her green eyes seemed to glow from the shade the cloak provided to hide her face.Senka saw the other beings and hid behind a tree that was close to the fight but not close enough for the others to see her.

Nekia looked around to see two others elves, it took him a moment to notice his sister was one. He got off the demon and pulled his sword out of it. He looked around again to see the other people around. He was stunned at how many people a demons howl in pain could bring. He looked at the guy who yelled at who shot the arrows. "Just shooting a demon in the heart well kill it, arrows or sword it does not matter which." He nodded his thanks to the man with the arrows.

(Alright, just going by what you told me.)
Nyoko tilted her head in confusuon. "Have I met you befor?" She asked, gripping the sword moer tightly. She could sence something about the demon that reminded her about her brother.

Senka watched the other beings. Her right arm felt lighter, making her look at her arm and notice that her snake armband was missing. She looked around and spotted the black snake slithering across the ground. When the snake stopped,it was just past the bushes, staring at the other beings.Senka let out an irritated sigh lightly"Attor, come back here."She said under her breath. The snake turned when it heard it's name called and hissed at Senka, trying to get her to show herself.Senka said something under her breath and the snake just hissed louder at her, giving away her position.
Myna scrambled out of the way of the demon's path when it fell. The one who had shot the arrows sent shivers down her spine--he was much too good to be a normal archer. He reminded her of a Hunter and she shrank away from his approach.
It was the snake that caught her attention. She knelt down and offered her hand to it. "C'mon." That was when she heard a whisper from the bushes. She looked up and saw a faint outline of someone. "What are you doing in there? You're not another demon are you?"

Nekia gulped when his little sister asked him if she knew him. He shook his head. "No, I don't believe we have met before." He looked over to the bushs and saw an outline of a body as well. He could sense it wasn't a demon. "I don't think whoever is there is a demon." He murred.
It was about that time that Zaer got to the group. He had ignored the rude yeller and instead walked over to the red haired demon, his sword still unsheathed in case of any further trouble.
"Whoever you are you don't seem to be a threat, to any of us at least, and I offer my own thanks. I'm the ranger to these woods you see and that demon would have done much more damage if you weren't there to strike the final blow."
He offered a short bow in thanks and sheathed his shortsword.
Out of the corner of his eye he say the girl shy away from him, a ping of sadness rushed through his emotions before he too noticed the snake.
"No, not a demon, but I have never seen it's kind in these woods before, its not native"

Senka let out an irritated sigh as she made sure the cloak was hiding her face and stepped out of her hiding spot and knelt behind the snake, holding her right arm out."Attor, please listen to me and come back here."The snake's scales turned gold as he slithered back to Senka and wrapped himself around her arm, transforming back into a golden snake armband.Senka stood up and looked at the others."Sorry if Attor scared you.He can be curious and stubborn when it comes to knew people."
Nyoko was a little disappointed at the demons responce. When the cloked girl came out from begind the tree she smiled then decided that the conversation did not inculde her any longer. She looked back to her tent and walked over to a tree stump. She reached into her back pocket and pulled out a map. Examining it she mumbled "I went north when I was suppost to go south." She let out a big sigh and slid the map back into her pocket then slumped over.
"I dont care what YOU say, you stupid animal! That was just a weak demon! Now..." Nico mumbled, and threw a knife at a tree, causing it to stay wedged in. "All of you idiots, might as well go try and use a sword and kill a demon, tell me how it works out will you?" Nico laughed at his remark.
Zaer once again ignored the yeller, he never let himself get angry, but when he was... it often ended badly. Instead he smiled kindly at the newcomer and was about to voice his welcome when he saw the young female elf make her way to a nearby stump out of the corner of his eye. He mumbled an apology an followed her, almost not realizing that his steps were silent.
He saw her take out a map and mumble at it.
"Are you lost? If your heading somewhere I would gladly help you through these woods"

Myna flinched as the dagger that Nico threw sank into the tree. She glared at him, as she went to the injured tree and placed her hand against it. Closing her eyes briefly, she retracted the dagger from the bark. When she was done, there was no sign that had a dagger had been lodged there. And now she had a weapon.
"Weapons should be used for self-defense only," she admonished the loud one. And then tucked the dagger into an empty sheath at her waist.

"Whatever. Someone seems to be attatched to trees." Nico let out a grunt and pulled ou another knife, preparing to throw it.
"And someone should learn to respect nature more." Myna stretched out her arm towards Nico, the palm of her hand facing him. "Or be prepared to confront it."
A chill crept down her spine, working its way from her shoulders to her heels, where it seemed to dissipate into the ground. She didn't particularly want to fight, but her uneasiness with the demon and the other elves around was building up and she didn't know quite how to release it.
