Is anyone else having issues viewing stuff in the groups they're part of? I have been trying for the last three days to get into one of my groups, and then I tried another group today and I couldn't get that one to load either. I've been stuck with a white screen of nothingness for like three minutes plus... Rather annoying and I'm really hoping that I am not the only one.

I'm able to view all the groups I'm part of. Can you describe what page you're on when you try to view a group? Like do you go directly from the Dashboard, do you use the search bar, do you use a groups widget on a character profile etc.?

Which specific groups are you having this problem with?

You can try clearing your cache and see if that works, or switch to another browser so we can potentially rule out the browser as a problem. Have you tried accessing groups from any other devices?

I'm having the issue with Here For You (which I tried today) and The Golden Tether (which is the main one giving me a head ache). When going to TGT, I have tried from the thread that's created on the "Recent Activity" on the Home page, and the Groups list that is off to the side of the webpage.

I hadn't thought of clearing my cache, wasn't even aware of that option outside of Furcadia lol. I'll try that before going to Kim. I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this issue besides me.

Clearing my cache did the trick. I feel like an idiot now.

No worries! Caching issues can really mess up a lot of things, I'm glad everything is working for you now.
