Genre: Low Fantasy (Medieval) - Setting: Nasirian Knights
Rating: PEGI 16 - "May contain explicit or realistic-looking violence, strong language, sexual references, gambling, or drug use." (although it will rarely, if ever, linger on any of these)
During the struggle between the Caliphate of Abbas and the Sultanate of Abdhil, feudal warriors grow increasingly powerful. Their desire for conquest could be focused by an ambitious and charismatic Knight of the First Order. But to do so, two powerful caliphates must be opposed. Sultan Abdhil Raihaan is adversarial and could lead the best chance for unity in eastern Nasiria to ruin, while Caliph Abbas Nagib rules a broken kingdom surrounded by emirs willing to abandon him at any moment. As a result, a new sultan must be groomed to replace Abdhil, and a civil war may either be an opportunity or a curse.
As you can expect from a quick glance at the premise, this is one of the stories meant to "set the stage" for the return of magic later on down the line. Any RPs of the First Order will focus on warfare and the affairs of kingdoms, so you can expect a little more action that my usual fare~ There are no deus ex machinas though, and, as with all of these scenarios, decisions with far-reaching consequences will have to be made. It's a great setup for character development and world building!
You're welcome to fit your character into any role you think may work best in the context of the plot. Feel free to use more than one if you think you can handle it. Just remember the ten golden rules and we're good to go! I'm fairly open to negotiating post length, time between posts, and other things too.
If you'd like suggestions or ideas for types of characters that could best be used in this RP, I recommend a regular soldier or one of the Abbasid emirs. But it's up to you in the end!

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?

Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
