Hello, everyone! How is your day treating you? Well, I hope. Oh, here comes that awkward introduction...lol You know, the part where I struggle for something to say without being terribly cliche! Ah well, it can't be helped. I'm Sylver Rayne, an author and avid RPer. A dear friend...no, my best friend told me about this place and I thought I'd give things a try. I've started on my profile and one character, but who knows where it will end. Feel free to check out what I have and, if you have a question, want to RP or just want to say 'Hi!', message me! Welcome and hello! You said you were an author, what genre have you wrote in?

Hello, LilyBear, and thank you. I love your username! To answer your question, I generally write Fantasy, Sci-Fi or Horror. Currently, I'm working on two novels. Yes, I'm insane! One is Fantasy/Sci-Fi and the other is horror. I intended the latter to be a short story, but things aren't working out that way. My RPing genres range a little wider.

Thank you for the warm welcome, Loki! Sadly, I'm not published yet...because I'm chicken! That said, I'm going to publish the two works in progress on Amazon when they're completed. Thanks for your interest! And, yes, I'm having oodles of fun!!

Pretty neat that you've got novels going! Heh, I actually take pride in saying that I once got a rejection letter from a publisher. ^^ It helps if, instead of thinking of it as a rejection or a failure, you look at it as a proof of effort!

Again, thank you! I'm working hard on both. One of my New Year resolutions this year was that I'd finish and publish, at least try, a novel. Thus far, it's the one resolution I'm still working hard to achieve! I will keep your suggestion in mind because...you're right!

Thank you very much, Kim! I'm so very glad to be here and I'm touched by the warm welcome I've received from so many members. Things have gone smoothly for me, the only hold up actually writing everything up for my first character. I've used him a lot in other RPs and, as you can imagine, there is a great deal of information. I'm having fun, though, and I'm already planning a second character! Something tells me I'm going to love it here!
