I mean, both Tarly Senior and Jeor were disappointed in their kids, who both fled/had to leave to faraway places, so maybe we can find a pattern there.

I don't think they can directly anniquilate the White Walkers, Rynh, so not really.

I wondered if the blocks guardian actually meant you'd have to block/unblock someone. After using Loren as a guinea pig for my theory, I can safely say that's not it.
