We'll, the cap's shield isn't really one of a kind either. It's the only shield made of vibrainium, but there is more vibrainium out there. Supposedly, there's some lady in some comics that has an arm made of it.

As far as I've read Cap's shield was made with the original adamantium/vibranium/unknown combo and hasn't been duplicated since?

The only multiverse I know in Marvel is Spider-Man. There's one in the past but that's unrelated. I don't know about X-Men though
