I think at some point 'The Wall' was guessed, not sure of any variations

Are we sure that the first clue refers to used - as in utilize - or to the past tense? "He used to do this thing here", etc.

It does really seem to point towards a person rather than a thing.

I think if it was past tense (my SO also pointed that out) it would have a pronoun attached

Pronouns aren't necessary in point form, though. Drop 'em all the time, myself.

The third could either be Jorah, Tyrion or someone we've overlooked- even Viserys.

You might very well be right, but all the clues include pronouns where needed as far as I can tell

Third I think is Jeor Mormont, Jorah's father

But that sword might not even be Longclaw, it might be Blackfyre or any of the lost swords, however someone said they used all the lost sword names.#

I think we covered all the swords yeah, the clue just fits in my opinion the best with Jeor since Jorah fled Westeros and left the Mormont ancestral sword (Longclaw) behind
