If we reawaken one guardian, does that make the mooks we fight for the other guardian in the mean time harder to fight?

This is just the two guardians- the Fiction and the Sci-Fi one.

Monster difficulty is determined by number of seals unlocked across all three guardians. There's a few thresholds.

I ate a bowl of oatmeal while trying to think on this.
