I think for The Master of the Slashed Seal the answer is Adamantium

I spotted a riddle master stalking around the edges of a discussion a large group of people were having.

Maybe Jonathan Levinson from buffy the vampire slayer is the answer to the vampiric seal, "We are as Gods" is a quote from him and his friends in the 6th season, he digs a whole and is murdered after he finishes, and someone finds him and buries him somewhere else. vampire seal is a clue to show he was on... though I don't have anything for the "it's been bugging me" part
