So...I'm a little lost but this just popped up for me when I came to check things out. No idea what it means

You come upon a birdlike woman, picking flowers and stuffing them into her massive, gigantic, ponderous backpack. When she sees you looking, she flashes you a grin. "Visit my camp later, and maybe you'll see what I'm crafting with these. Bring gold!"

Ah, that's Moa. She's a traveling merchant NPC that visits the site about once a month. She's not necessarily a part of Epic Week, just an opportunist following the crowds.
