yeah, sci-fi! it's the space captain guardian.

I went back and read the first flash comics issue shade was introduced in, and I believe I have solved the riddle. Seraph lifted one of the clues from the 1933 comic, and once I saw the clue, it was game on.

I'm half tempted to guess 'radioactive spider' for slashed seal when I get access.

What are the clues?

The Ninja Seal has 'dust' listed under it, which goes under the Lightning Seal (the Flash one)
