one woman called once threatened to quit her service just trying to get me to give her a deal, and I just told her bye. wanted to speak to a manager told me I better not dare put her on hold. I put her on hold and went and took a break... just so not the job for Dingo. Now I didn't do that to people with legit issues, or things that were clearly our fault but the ridiculous ones, nah I didn't have time for them.
