Things have changed since Goku defeat Majin Buu 12 years ago.A negative energy has began spreading throughout earth by an unknown enemy.Goku used the Dragon Balls and wished for the creation of new earth.Goku also wished for all the inhabitants of Earth to be teleported there, but a good portion decided to stay.Now it's up to the new heroes to protect Earth from the Negative Energy warriors.
