In a galaxy far, far away...
A lone rogue searching for her nemesis found herself running low on fuel. A planet she had never visited appeared on the horizon. She smirked and steered her shuttle towards said planet and prepared to enter it's orbit. After a time she landed her shuttle and exited. She walked toward the fuel station and entered. There she saw an older man reading a news paper.
"Oi! Geezer! I need me shuttle fueld." She said as she smirked and walked toward him.
The old man looked up from his news paper. "Are you from 'round here, girl? We ain't had no fuel here in a while. It's all dried up. Might as well just go on somewhere else. 'Less ya want to just sit here." The old man replied with a chuckle and went back to reading.
The girl scoffed and walked out. "Thanks for the info." She would look around for a place to rest and eat.

As the cars chased each other down the dusty road, there was a young girl inside the back car pulling out a gun with small gears and coils on it. It was painted coffee-brown and the gears were silver and gold. She loaded the steampunk handgun then shot at the front car.
"Go faster, Charles!" She shouted over the wind to her partner in distress and continued to reload her handgun after shooting several pellets at the front car. Before they could catch up to it, their car spun out and they steered into the brush to avoid the trees.
Effie pounded her gloved fist on the metal of the black car. "Dammit! They got away. With my newest model of the 64gear." She turned back to her partner, Charles, then kicked the door open and climbed out of the vehicle. "How could we just let them take our things? It took three months for that deal to pull through! They took our money and our weapon."

After a while the girl happened upon a rundown motel. She entered and rang the bell at the counter.
"'Ello? Anyone here?" She ran her fingers across the dust on the counter and thought back to a certain mansion she once visited.
"Oi... That guy in the green suit would freak if he saw how filthy this place is."
Soon a large man waddled from the back room. "What did you say about my hotel? This is the finest place you'll find around here, you little twit." He said as he sat on a large stool behind the counter. The girl chuckled at his size and smirked. "Hotel? I've seen craters that look more luxurious than this. Anyways... I'm looking for a room. Preferably one that ain't gonna leak in a rainstorm. Or that ain't gonna fall through. Frankly I'm surprised this floor can even hold you, tubby." The man scoffed and folded his arms across his chest. "If you have the cash I have rooms. But it is not cheap." The girl rolled her eyes and pulled out a small bag. She was sure that she didn't have the currency used on this planet, but she dumped out a handful of jeweled currency she had obtained on a run in another world. The man's eyes widened and his attitude changed. "A-allow me to apologize, madam. I did not realize you were wealthy. My name is Gerald. How may I be of service?"
The girl chuckled knowing what the green jewels were worth on the other world but went along with it. "You can start by wiping that smug grin off yer face. I just need a room for the night. This is all I have to me name. If it ain't enough I'll take me business elsewhere." The man quickly raked the jewels into his hands and showed her to the best room which was surprisingly nice looking. He held one up to the light and giggled with joy. "Right this way, madam. Ooh, this looks nice. I shall have our chef prepare a nice meal for you. Please do enjoy your stay."
The girl entered her room and shut the door. She laid on her bed and stared up at the ceiling. "Smug bastard. What a bloody wanker."

She sighed again, pulling her long red hair back. The vehicle would be needing fixed or replaced and she needed to sell the parts of it. Charles picked up his assault rifle and slung it over his back carefully.
"We ought to see the shop beside the Hanger's Motel a couple miles from here." Efrix had said then put the handgun back into her belt, pulling her hair back into a ponytail. They walked for about half an hour at a quick pace and reached the Hanger's Motel. There were a couple other huts and cottages spread out along the horizon, but there was very few out here.
"We'll rent a room then go see if we can sell some parts of the vehicle tomorrow morning." She said then pulled out a red jewel in her hand. "Two nights?" She asked Charles.
He simply nodded then they went into the motel. The man behind the desk scowled. "I don't need any of your trouble here, thief." He said.
Efrix smirked and handed out a red jewel. "Two nights, Gerry." She said.
He suddenly took the jewel and gave her the key with the number on it. "News said there was a chase in Kampton. Was that you?"
"None of your business, Gerry," she said flatly. "Thanks for the room."

The girl heard voices coming from down the hallway and immediately sat up. She stood and walked to the door and put her ear against it to hear what was going on. She heard the fat man giggling with joy and the two others.
¤"I wonder what fatso is so giddy about? Ah well. I'll sneak out later and take back me pay. I can't be arsed with this bloke. He kinda creeps me out..."¤ She thought to herself.
The girl laid back down for a bit and pondered a way of sneaking out and stealing the money back. She began to fall asleep, which wasn't part of her plan.
"I guess I'll just take a little nap... I'll be up... in no time..." She yawned and fell asleep.

There was an explosion just on the other side of the motel, which she knew, after she jolted from the bed, was at the gear shop. "Ahhh, crud." She grumbled and Charles was already up, grabbing his gun, loading it with the metal pellets. She did the same with her steampunk handgun and ran outside the door, locking it behind her. If they'd left it open, Gerald would've taken their belongings and run off with them.
Efrix ran out of the motel and looked around, seeing there was a car with four people in it, laughing as they looked at her. Obviously, they had known she'd be trying to sell vehicle parts there. And there they were, carrying her mutilated car in the back of their own fancy car. She nearly screamed, shooting at them, enraged. They pulled out of the driveway and drove off.
"Damn you!" She screamed at them as they disappeared into the trees, just where the sun was peeking from behind the mountains. "Cheating asswipes!"

The girl heard the explosion and jumped out of bed. She grabbed what little gear she had and ran outside to see what was going on. There she saw the girl, Efrix and her friend. She ran over to the girl and watched as the car sped off in the distance.
"Oi! Bloody wankers! Some people are trying ta get a wink of sleep..." She yelled towards the car knowing they probably couldn't hear or give a damn even if they could. "Eh... Friends of yers? If so, ya need ta tell them ta shove it." (Sorry for the short post. I'll be posting longer posts sooner or later.)

On the other side of the mountains, a lone silhouette treks through a sand storm. The mans eyes are to tired to even open, his soul even more so. He's lost count of how many worlds he has traversed, how long its been since he was home. "Home" he thinks to himself, "A place I may never return to." His body grows heavy as the wind and sand rips past him, yet still he marches forward. Maybe he will find what he looks for, but doubt lingers in his mind, yet still Zhoralel marches forward. Opening one eye, he looks past the storm to see the mountains that peaked the horizon the night before. He was getting closer.
"Maybe, it will be on the other side." Zhoralel closes his eye and marches on.

In obvious rage, she sighed then shook it off with a little wiggle from the shivering cool air then looked at the yelling person. "Friends?" The girl nearly choked on a laugh. "Don't think so. Bloody thieves, I tell ya." She growled, rubbing her bare arms then grumbled, taking her handgun and reloading it, putting it back into her belt. "Didn't think Gerry got that many people out here into his motel. You a traveler?" Her accent was somewhat hick.
She would sort of shiver as well as she felt the cold air. She chuckled at the comment about the motel owner. "That bloke worries me. Aye! I'm a traveler. I'm from..." She thought for a moment before finishing her answer. "...a place far from'ere. Full of fun and adventure. Oi! That reminds me. I need to get me refund from that greedy Gerald bloke. Ya don't seem ta like'im either, so..."
She allowed a sinister grin to part her lips. "What say we both go use our girlish charms and take back what's rightfully ours, lass?"

"Excitin'," she said then smiled devilishly in agreement. "Don't like him at all. Dirty man, I tell ya."
"Hell yes, take back what's ours." She pumped a fist into the air then they both headed back into the motel with Charles following closely behind Efrix, he was visibly unsure of the situation, but followed his leader.

Reaching the mountains Zhoralel found a road and started to follow it. After some hours the sound of an engine grew closer to him. Four individuals were hooting and hollering in the seat of a vehicle. Zhoralel couldn't help but notice that they were driving right at him, slowly gathering strength into his right arm Zhoralel leaped out of the way. With a loud "bang" the car screeched to a stop. From his arm Zhoralel had launched a rod straight into the engine of the car killing the motor. The four delinquents leapt from the dead vehicle and rushed Zhoralel.
Some time later Zhoralel was walking back down the road towing the dead car when he happened to find a motel.

As they got back to the motel the girl turned to the other. "Me name is Jenna, by the way. Let's do this!" She entered and approached Gerald.
"Oi! Gimme back me money, or I'll belt ya! Yer crummy hell hole ain't worth me time." She raised her fist and Gerald and he cowered. "Do not touch me, you cur. I-I will not be bullied by the likes of you!"

"Name's Efrix." She said as they walked into the motel. She smiled at Gerald. "Gerry, you ought to listen to the lady, ya hear? Won't want to have her wantin' to have a bone to pick with you, now do ya?" And in obvious fright of the criminal and Jenna, he put his hands up then pointed towards the drawer behind the desk.
Zhoralel leaves the car out front, and begins to walk towards the main office. As he gets closer to the doors he sees his reflection in the glass. He looks to be an old man with both a white beard and hair. With a sigh Zhoralel walks in to see three people harassing the owner.
"What's going on here?" He said with a groan his right eye closed. Despite his appearance his voice was still young.

Jenna turned towards the new comer and sighed. "Oi! This ain't yer concern, mate. This is between us and him. He ripped is off and now we're repaying his kindness."
She turned back towards Gerry and smirked. "I'll be taking that now."
Gerry, frightened, ran out of the room while Jenna rummaged through his belongings. She tossed the red gem to Efrix and stashed the green gems in her bag. "Oi! This bloke is broke. He ain't got anything worth looting."

"What did you expect, besides theres a safe is in the back room." Zhoralel implied, " Also did four delinquents drive through here by any chance?"
Turning to the newcomer of the motel, she nodded. "Yes. They stole my money. We had a deal and they cheated me, ran off with my things then came back here and blew up my damned car!"
"well then is that their car," Zhoralel pointed out to the one he towed back on his own.
"Cause they tried to run me over." he said.
"Cause they tried to run me over." he said.
Jenna looked out and laughed. "Aye! It looks like their car. How'd ya manage ta steal it, mate?" She walked around the counter and looked back at Gerald. "Don't be making any sudden moves, wanker. I'll shoot ya."
