My pick would either be Houndoom or Zoura, Dark and Fireish types seems to be my main interest though I would also pick Lucario if I couldn't have either one of my first two.

You are not wrong Wondergamee101, unfortunately for you SpilledInk Deoxys is indeed a Legendary. It is therefore ineligible to be picked as a partner. Did you read the first page's conditions?

That is in fact a Tyrantrum. It's from the newer generation.

Tyrantrum is one of the evolved fossil pokemon from X and Y.
