Just a question I thought of. So do you like to put milk and sugar in your coffee ? Do you like it black? Or do you prefer tea?
I like mine black depending on how strong it is?

I love the smell of coffee and will gladly sniff other people's cups, but I'm caffeine sensitive and limited to tea, and even then I have to reuse the same bag most of the day.
I like a good Jasmine Pearl or Rosepetal Black tea, especially, although recently I found a blend called Breakfast in Paris that I've been jamming on pretty hard. I don't put anything in it.

I will drink both coffee and tea straight up without anything in it if I have to. It's not my favorite but I don't mind it.
Coffee I usually drink with unsweetened condensed milk and artificial sweetener. Tea the same, either with or without milk depending on blend and what I feel like having. (Sugar is worse for me than artificial sweetener because I'm diabetic. I try to limit my use of it but I can't really enjoy everything without all the time.)

I prefer my coffee to be nonexistent as I hate it and the same goes for my tea.
I like mine with sugar and soya milk/creamer, although I'll take sweetener if there's no sugar about. I could drink it with regular milk, it's just that using soya has become a habit since I like to have dessert late at night and drinking normal milk at that time makes me feel uncomfortable
I prefer it with tons of sugar and milk.
I detest the taste of coffee! Even if there is just the slightest bit in my chocolate cake, I'll be able to taste it(Same goes for bananas, actually!). I wish I liked it, though - it would make studying so much easier!
I do, however, drink a lot of tea. If I study at home before work, I will easily drink around 2 liters of tea. I drink all sorts of tea -> black, white, herbal, green... Whatever I feel like, and I make it strong.
If I go to a café, I tend to drink hot chocolate with whipped cream instead.

I usually just have milk and no sugar. I hate the taste of sweet coffee! When at a cafe I order a 'flat white' which I hear is not a term used very much outside Australia.
I like mine with just touch of milk. But not too much. And no sugar either. The strong taste perks me right up to face the rest of the day!
Black as sin or super blond, when it comes to coffee.
Tea, I like with cream and sugar, especially a mint tea.

eek, can you drink decaf? o:
rosepetal tea sounds nice, i'll have to see if i can find that!
i've been having peach&cherry blossom recently, it smells divine.
Finland is on top tier of coffee lovers~ So I bet you're surpriced whenn I say that I personally don't really like it. I prefer hot chocolate to be exact
But what would I be without dropping a few extra things here~? I've noticed that dating with someone can start the whole coffee drinking thing
My mother didn't drink coffee before meeting up with dad, nor did my Brother but since he's moved together with his gf they've both started drinking coffee. It's clearly a thing that happens

I don't know if Kim can drink decaf, but decaf isn't caffeine free at all. If you drink 5-10 cups decaf a day, you can easily ingest the amount of caffeine present in two cups of coffee. Black tea, white tea, green tea and oolong tea all come from the same plant and have caffeine in them. Herbal teas without this plant are decaf by nature (like rooibos, peppermint etc.). Decaf tea has the same problem as decaf coffee - it's never fully decaf and if you drink several liters of it, you still ingest a couple cups worth of caffeine.
I've no idea what Kim's diet restrictions are, but I thought it would be interesting to share this!

I generally drink my coffee with some milk and lots of sugar. I don't mind the taste of coffee, I like it when it's mixed into other foods like ice cream, but I can't stand the bitterness.
Back in America, I used to adore Starbucks caramel frappucinos. Iced in the summer and hot in the winter. Mmmmhmmm. I haven't yet found a suitable source of coffee here in Europe, aside from making a cup of the stuff my mother in law drinks and adding tons of sugar to make it tolerable. But, one of these days I am going to try the options at McDonalds to see if I can find something nice and sweet with a hint of coffee flavor. Coffee here is so small but really strong and I just can't drink it.
I tried to find a good picture of the size difference between coffee that is more common in America versus Europe and this is all I could find.
But seriously, why does no one talk about the fact that American coffee and European coffee are totally different sizes?

Lyingsmile15, if your coffee is too bitter, try using more grounds.
I'm not a coffee drinker myself, but I do remember the episode of Good Eats where Alton covered the making of coffee itself, and I distinctly remember him saying that if you put too much water over the grounds, then you're going to have bitter, bad coffee.
As a result of this... I've been told I make "the best" coffee, if you don't mind the heart attack. Very strong, but very full of flavor and without the bitterness. I also use twice (or more) as much coffee grounds as most people.

That's interesting, Jaybird. But my in laws use those automatic machines with the cups that already have the grounds and stuff inside them and the water just gets pushed through, I think. So I can't really fix the flavor of those, I suppose.
I just use whatever's in the pot (Still in high school). I don't usually order coffee out.
I like my medium roast, Gevalia or Starbucks is my favorite brand. In the summer I make a whole large pot and mix it with a little sugar and milk, and refrigerate it so I can pour it over coffee. In the winter, I like it black if it is an early morning, or mixed with cream and sugar. Special occasions, I'll mix it with a little cocoa, sugar, and cinnamon.
