I'm pretty new to rping and have no clue how any of this works but I found this pretty cool writing prompt that I think would be fun to rp,
"Reincarnation exists, but it can be controlled. If you're wealthy enough, you can choose who, or what you will be in your next life."
I was thinking maybe a small group but that is debatable. Looking for players that know what they're doing and wouldn't mind helping out a noob.
Also, I'm not entirely sure how the forums work so pms would be better for me.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Far future, perhaps interstellar travel (generation ships)
Distant war may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat will likely be summarized, not played out in detail.
