I just realized I don't know anything about the various Undertale AUs around the net, so...

In a few sentences, can someone far more knowledgeable explain the main ones floating about the 'net?

This is as far as I know:

• Underswap: Take 2 characters related to each other in some way, and just switch their personalities and order of appearances.
• Underfell: Everyone but Flowey and Chara wants to kill you. The main color scheme is black, yellow, red, white, and possibly gray.
• Outertale: Literally Undertale but in space.

So, besides US, UF and OT (which was mentioned), we have...

Reapertale: Whwre everything is kind of like a Greek-Myths kind of thing, where Toriel is the Goddess of Life, Sans and Papyrus the Gods of Death and so on...

Errortale: Where there is only Error!Sans, which is a product of too many resets (I believe)...

Babybones: Everyone is a child, except for Sans...

Understeam: Steampunk everything. I highly recommend looking up the art. It's beautiful...

Aftertale: Genocide!Sans tries to save a new timeline from Chara...

Brothertale: Papyrus becomes aware of the timelines and attempted to save Sans...

Brotherstale: Frisk and Chara are brothers... (Or siblings, whatever gender you want em to be)

Psycho-tale: A disease starts killing off all the monsters in the Underground

Psychotale: Sans starts killing humans to fix the timeline, losing his sanity...

Underfresh: *shudders* Where everyone has a 90's skater culture but with 2010's meme culture...

Cattale: Everyone is a cat...

Overtale: Everyone but Frisk is human...

Flowerfell: In this one, it's quite a bit like Underfell, only Sans ends up being your protector, and then a friend. Frisk grows flowers on their body, their pollen is numbing and bad for the human body. They already have them covering their eyes, which results in them being blind. Every time Frisk dies, a new flower is grown into their body, and ultimately, Frisk can die from too many on them...

Swaptale: Chara and Frisk swap between the Genocide and Pacifist timelines.

Nobody here has mentioned Glitchtale yet!

It's actually an animated series by camila cuevelas. Basically:

[*] Frisk has reset multiple times and created errors in their current universe.
[*] Due to these 'glitches' Gaster is a physical being and chara also exists and is trying to steal frisk's determination.
[*] Lastly, Due to chara's powers, Frisk is unable to reset the timeline.

That is as much information I can give with it still being spoiler free! But it's also my favorite Undertale AU.

I've stumbled over a Gangster/Mobster AU too, which I find fascinating. I secretly am totally a fan of mob stories.
