She woke up in the middle of a white room. There were lab-coats on hooks. She was in a test-tube with a clear jelly like substance covering her. Manufactured air was being forced into her lungs and carbon dioxide was taken out. She looked down and saw that she had claws and black scales. She saw the rest of her was covered in scales too. But she still had hair. It was black. She realized she had a tail. Then she felt tired and fell asleep. But first she had the thought 'What is my name?'.
I'm looking for four other people who would wake up in test-tubes like Varani and don't remember anything except for a few glances at the past as a human. They have been operated on and given supernatural abilities. I will play any other minor characters we find like animals like us and the people who did the experimenting.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Far future, perhaps interstellar travel (faster than light)
Unrest may be part of the setting, but any scenes that happen to involve combat may be summarized.
