Sounds good. I've got my character ready for the RP.

I've made a character. His name is Halbarad.

I'm interested in this, though i'm a bit rusty with LOTR stuff. Mind if I join?

Should we go ahead and post?

Yes, you can go ahead and post your introducing scene and then we will wait on the other members.

Since we have so many members we will rotate posting in order. We will let everyone post and then just keep that order after everyone has made their first post. That way no one will get left behind if they don't have as much time as some of the rest of us.

I know I have messaged a few of you about this, but since Xylia is played anonymously, I (naturally ) can not message them.

So, just so you know we should post on a turn based rotation. Hlabarad posted first, then Micah, then Nyx, and once the others post we will keep that rotation and do (If you can) try to at minimum post once per week. If we post more than that that's great but being on a rotation please don't leave everyone hanging if you can't make it on to post. Let us know and we can either wait or your character can "follow along"

If we get no heads up at all that you will be off for longer than a week we will go ahead and skip your name in the rotation in hopes that you come back in the next time around.

Mine was okay? Phew. I was kinda worried there.

I feel awkward cause I did mine in first person. I wasn't sure which perspective so I peeked at another RP going on and saw first person.

Nah, it's fine. I'll keep it. I'll just switch to third-person from now on. I mostly commented to get people laughing. I enjoy making people laugh and just happy in general.

@ Guardian Girl yes, yours was just fine. lol I'm enjoying everyone's posts!

@JTA12 Hey, don't worry about it. Some people prefer to write in one and some in another. Personally I write in third person but a story written in first person can be REALLY good when done right. I just don't feel adept at doing that. I'm certainly not going to mind if someone else want's to, though.

Hey. Since this topic was created a year and a half ago, I don't think that it would be a good idea for someone to try and reawaken it. If you want, you can create your own topic, to attract other RPers. Reopening old threads tend to clog the forum, and generally make for a bad experience for the rest of the community. Thanks!

It's all good. I believe that it says somewhere in the rules that you should respond to threads older than a couple months, depending on the last post made. Anyway, I hope you find someone to RP with.
