"A nap? I'm not here for a nap. I'm here because I have to start with you so I can progress in magic. I don't believe I need to get any... Magic from you before they let me progress."

well fine then. zip-zop you've passed intro to progress. tell them I said that. we're done here.*

*with that, you're sent back to reality*

*the teacher of Sloth is waiting to hear if you have anything to say of this encounter*
Mal laughed softly, "God Sloth is so difficult... Nothing useful, just jokingly said I pass and can move to another sin. Such an ass." He sighed runing his fingers through his hair as he thought.

*they don't seem very happy with the tone you are taking regarding the Sin Sloth* "watch your tongue. The Sins are higher than us, and must be treated with respect."
Mal sighed shaking his head, "Yes, yes I understand. You understand what frustration is right? Also aren't you the one trying to make things less formal now? Which means less respect in a way?"

"Respect and formality are two very different things. we can have a positive relationship with fewer restrictions, but we do not wish to see a negative relationship develop." *they are keeping their voice down. they don't want such talk to be out in the open without precaution*
*it seems like most people here fear the Sins. if you are thinking on taking a fresh perspective... well somethings bound to happen or change*
Mal shrugged, "Right. So now what should we do? I couldn't get much on the orb... Go figure Sloth would tell me little. Is there a sin that is better when wanting knowledge maybe?" He raised an eyebrow curiously.

"Well, Greed has stated that they will share any knowledge they have, for a price... And their Price can come to be quite high when it comes to new information. Many of them who have developed a Greed affinity are working hard to generate enough income that they might buy their way to enlightenment. I think, that while they have a nice long-term goal, that it will ultimately not be worth it."
Mal watched him as he explained, wondering how he can do this. "Okay well... Do one of these such people think like you do? As in they ant to break down the barriers or whatever you wanted to do?"

*quietly, checking to make sure there wasn't anyone coming by again* "There is another there who wishes to develop less formal relations with the Sins. A teacher of Greed. I can introduce you, but remember, only our interactions with the Sins is unable to be seen. Words out here can be heard and spread. If those who have structured things for a mechanical formality were to hear... they are likely to take action before we are ready."
Mal nodded, understanding. "Alright then, why don't we do that then? Or is it that he might be busy at the moment?" He crossed his arms before undoing so and sliding his hands into his pockets. "It wouldn't be good for them to hear yes... Maybe a sin can assist us with that?"

"hmm..." *your remark on the possibility of being granted a spell of obscurity has peeked their interest*
"A spell might be possible, but it would be tricky... Envy magic is difficult to get just right."
"and my friend should be available. I just need to instruct you on a few more things before we go."
"Black is the color for those non-attuned to a Sin. if someone has learned enough of a Sin that they can teach others of them, then they get a colored Eye on their hood. And when someone becomes attuned, they get their entire robe's color changed. That is the simple explanation of our attire. it should help you find the right people to ask questions later."
Mal nodded listening, "I understand. Any information on who we can trust on our endeavors? Or should I not be discussing it with out you then?" He laughed softly looking around at the surrounding junk, "Hmmm. I wonder what the other rooms look like then..."

((ah! sorry for the delay! I didn't see that this had gotten a reply. 3: ))

"I will tell them. they will say, 'titanic burden' if they are a part of it. but be careful of who you talk to, and where you are when you do so."
"if you are ready, I can escort you to a Greed or Envy teacher."
((All good and same. You replied the day I left for boot camp.))

He signed softly shaking his head, "Yes I believe it is time to move on to envy like I was hoping to do soon." He looked up at him, "Though I'm sure we will be speaking rather often correct?"
