I do believe someone else aside from me had the same problem a long while ago... I think it was SINDragon, if I remember correctly. But it seems like the entire half of my profile was clipped as well...

I just wanted to know if it was possible to recover it, or if RPR had a backup saved? Because all of that work I couldn't really back up on my mobile phone (and that's the only thing I'm working on) so I have no other way to recover it...

I have experienced this a lot of times, but I've never thought of asking if RPR had a back up of it, so I'm not sure if they really do. You should try asking Kim. 'Cause what I did had to test my patience. I just made a new half of my profile although it had to take time. And whenever I edited my prof, I would always make sure to save a copy in Microsoft Word or Notepad just before officially saving the changes in case it would happen again. But since you're just using mobile, I guess you can save the codes of your profile as a draft in your messages, but if you have a notes application, even better.

I generally try to keep as much of my writing as I can on a cloud program. Google Drive, Dropbox, it doesn't really matter. They both have mobile apps and writing files are fairly small, so buying more space isn't a concern for a while.

Thanks so much for the advice, guys. I contacted Kim and she did have my profile on backup. It's fixed now!

(And of course, since I'm near a computer for the moment, I made sure to back up my profile just in case.)
