Eeehh

I'm new to this stuff, and I dunno how to "fit in."

I mean, I created a character and all, but I feel like the profile stinks.

Any advice for newbies like me?

Hi, welcome to RPR! My advice would be that your character's profile doesn't need to be perfect for you to be able to find a fun RP. Especially if you have interesting plot ideas in mind!

Well hi there! Everyone else has already given some great advice on how to jazz up your profile. However, it's always good to look around other user's character profiles for inspiration on what you'd like to add! If you're curious about how a player set up a certain area of their page, ask them! I'm sure they'll feel flattered knowing that someone thought their profile was awesome enough for people to start asking for tips.

I took a peek at your profile, and it looked like a strong start to me! You had character details, a biography, and even some art!

One thing that some people like to include are possible RP prompts or reasons to add your character to their RP to make it super easy to get something going. Maybe that would be a good thing to add, if you're looking for things that increase the odds of that character seeing play?
