I spent a few days trying to get verified and thought it would be useful to post this for anyone having the same trouble with hotmail and Verification Emails.

More Options
Safe and Blocked Senders
Safe Senders

Then add admin@RPRepository.com to your list of safe senders, resend for the Verification Email and you're all set.

This is useful! Some email providers are more prone to block emails than others.

Perhaps this could be a suggestion to include this information per default on the sign-up page? Either as normal text or as a link, where you click on "Having trouble receiving our emails?" and go to the FAQ with instructions for the most popular email services.

Good idea. I wasn't aware Hotmail had started blocking us, but that explains some things.

It seems like Gmail has some sort of thing in place that if it gets over a certain amount of emails from a specific address it will actually "Auto-Spam" it... just take a look if you've been having issues.
