It was a normal day in a seaside town. Ships were rolling in, birds were flying about in the sky, people where singing merrily in the bar, and the guild members were all waiting around, waiting for a mission. Or-Tho-Tusk, a middle-aged Zarthuk from the Kasajara Canyon, seemed fairly out of place among a group of surly, bearded men and grungy women with teeth missing, and huge beast-men with even more massive weaponry. Or-Tho-Tusk was a mage. He specialized in Restoration and Alteration magic. Or-Tho-Tusk was not much of a fighter himself, but was much valued as a support mage.
Suddenly, someone burst through the guild doors. He was carrying a flier with a picture of an ugly, obese ogre and a bounty of 10'000 coins. "Andronak and his group of five fighters guild members haven't been seen in a week!"
"What!?" Someone shouted.
"That's the third group that's failed!" another shouted.
"It's just an Ogrim!" one more shouted.
"And that thing is still there?" a fourth one shouted.
"What does it take to slay one Ogrim?" a fifth one shouted.
Or-Tho-Tusk just stood by to listen to screaming idiots. Still, he wouldn't mind accompanying a group to fight this thing.

Rhiannon sits at her usual spot behind a table inside the guild hall, a deck of cards spread across the top and a mug of ale to the side. She was a gnoll, a humanoid hyena-like creature with blonde hair and vivid pink eyes. A pipe hangs out from between her sharp teeth and a large flintlock rifle leant up on the seat beside her, the gnolls only real company.
Rhiannon, more commonly know to the people of the hall as 'Rain', was a mercenary; a sword for hire. And she was an experienced one at that.
She looks up from her game as the people burst in through the doors, hearing the talk about an Ogrim....
She only listened for now.

(I guess the Argonian dropped out. )
Or-Tho-Tusk walked over to some of the others, offering to help them. Too bad most of them were the chunky meat-head types who thought healers were redundant. "Hmphk! A bunchk of Savahkges," Or-Tho-Tusk said under his breath before approaching Rain. "You... You loockh like you khould use a Healerkh." Or-Tho-Tusk had a sharp accent to his voice, which was common for Zaarthuk to have. "I wish to ackhompany you."
OOC: Trying an accent out. Not sure if I like it.
