That single sentence really applies to the whole 'world peace' thing. I mean, what if world peace meant that everyone on Earth suddenly dies. That is not the outcome you were expecting, huh? I'm guessing you were looking towards more of a utopian society. Instead, you got worldwide mass genocide. Humans have enough firepower to destroy the world many times over, but it only has to be done once. I do not think it would be a good idea to wish for that firepower to be put to use.
