The sun was rising on what the people living in the city thought was going to be a beautiful day. The sound of cars down the streets, the sun was shining, and all around it felt like a good morning. The people went about their daily lives, whether it was shopping, going to work, or going to school. A dark figure stood atop of a large building looking down upon the beings he believed to be lesser than him. He jumped from this building onto the oncoming traffic creating a huge crater in the road. He smiled as he drew his sword, which looked completely made of ice, and attacked. Suddenly before he could do any more damage he heard the sound of someone walking towards him from behind.

Somewhere in the forest near the city...

A secluded cave in the woods, rests undisturbed from the rest of the world. Surrounded by dense forest, with only a cliff-side to provide view to the city. Inside this cave, rests a large, moss covered tumulus, hidden in the dark. Deep inside... a beast sleeps...

While the beast known as Furorem sleeps, he encounters a vision in his dreams. A snarling, yet calm voice could be heard inside this vision. "Fenrir is gone. But you are bestowed his power, the power of the Slayer of Odin. Do what he could not do. Carry his legacy and his power with you, and make your own destiny, wether it be for Evil or for Good. Wake up, Furorem." At the moment he jumped up from his slumber, startled by such an event.

He shakes his head, and walks outside, and eyes the city in the distance. "..." Wait, he needs more books to read. Oh well. Off to get some more then... He begins walking towards the city.

In the middle of the city there is a nine foot tall statue of a half giant, this figure was once the God of War here in this world. He holds a giant sword in one hand over his shoulder and is leaning on a great battle axe with the other hand. Etched into the bottom of the statue is written, "Earth-Breaker." This statue has been here since the city was initially created, but on this day it's Stoney eyes seem softer as if watching...

He felt the presence of a god within his domain. This was not good. Getting discovered now would really suck. He didn't want to go back down into his cell either. But if he didn't show his face, the chances of being caught were only higher. Grimacing, he clutched his umbrella and opened the door, shielding his eyes from the brilliant sunlight he was unaccustomed to.

"I damn it."

As he walked through the forest, he repeats in his head what was being said in the vision. "...Who is Fenrir? And what do I have to do with all this?" He continued walking, until got to the treeline of the city.

He spotted the nearest library, near the edge of the city, near a building with a statue. Quite odd. Never seen anything like that before, but oh well. Back to business. He walked down into the alleyways, gradually making his way toward the library, walking through the winding paths. He finally got to it, and ripped open the doors and slinked inside, not caring if anyone saw him.

The book was old and heavy, the leather felt soft and delicate as she ran his fingers over the faded blue bindings. Talia fingered the gold lettering carefully before she opened the cover, paper rustled as she thumbed through the book to find what she was looking for. Words appeared and disappeared as her blue eyes flitted across the pages, quickly picking out anything of importance from the jumble of sentences that littered the world she had become immersed in.

Talia loved the library-it's heavy smell of books, ink and paper-always set her mind at ease. It was always quiet and comforting and her favorite place to escape the reality of the world she lived in. Here she didn't have to worry about her powers to destroy the masses of mankind or any sort of magical things happening to her.

Here, it was suppose to be normal.

But then the door was ripped open and something big and dark slithered it's way inside, stirring up fear and worry amongst the hearts of the mortals within the tranquilly library.

"A beast?" The fateweaver, tilted her head as the large magical presence roamed through the building. What exactly was going on here?

What were the people scrambling around for? Cries of a wild beast and panic spread through the streets and ran like frenzied critters. Bei'Ai watched them run past him for a few seconds before making his way towards the source. It was strange though. Fen'Nu and Kuang'Xi wouldn't do anything that would make themselves stand out. That only meant that it wasn't them. It was the work of another. Some new God he had never seen before.

He gritted his teeth. He didn't want to do it, but locating the center of the madness and dispelling it was in his books the highest priority. So he forged on towards the library, trying to avoid the jostling people around him, all the while muttering what a pain it was to take care of petty humans.

Furorem walked between the shelves and hallways of library, taking careful looks at the books. He started taking some out of the shelves, and continuing to do so on his way through the library. Obviously, the beings there were scared senseless, some running away, others taking pictures and doing other things. He would begin to make his way to the exit again, while looking at more books on the way.

The statue stood clutching the same stone weapons as always but behind the stone eyes an emotion, excitement. Was it Relic turn once more to bring blood to this dry landscape? A God of War occupying a statue of himself, watching and waiting for it was with the Fateweavers words that could awaken this form...
