The sun was setting on a mid-spring day as the people of Avalon were in the middle of a great feast for the new elven princess was born, she was a little thing her hair a vibrant orange skin as white as the first winter snow and eyes as grey of the seas storms. The elven king was proud to announce the small elf’s name “Tarma!” he yelled to his people as the brothers of her gathered on either side of their father proud of the kin. The people of the lands cheered in delight about the small kin.
Years passed as Tarma had now grown, she was still the smallest elve of them all. She was quiet and reserved not talking much, she wandered through the palace corridors as the candles illuminated her shadow her elegant white gown trailing behind her. Her hair was tied down in an elegant braid as she wandered through the corridors reaching an outside bridge covered with a stone roofing. She walked through and climbed up some stars to her room as she approached her window she looked out at the kingdom with a small smile as she watches the people wander around the lands. Her oldest brother Tristan knocked on her door opening it “Hello little one, I brought you something” he smiled and kneeled down before her. Tarma jumped in excitement “what what!” from behind his back he pulled out a nice smoothed rounded crystal “I found it in the waters” she took it and ran to a shelf that held hundreds of the same kind of rocks and crystals as she placed it she ran jumping into his arms. Not knowing that war soon would break out.

The creature moved in into the city at night, it's black skin making it invisible in the darkness. It easily snuck past the guards, not interested in disturbing this hive. It was sniffing on the outside of houses, searching any food left lying around in much the same way as stray dogs do.

A Hooded Maiden walked through the streets of the city. Her black cloak swaying lightly as the wind generated by her steps hit it. She wondered somewhat mindlessly. Not knowing exactly where her destination wil be. One things for certain she has no money and hasnt eaten in two days, its starting to catch up to her. She searches for any merchants or taverns though she has been lost for hours and does not speak the language of these peoples.

The young princess dressed in a long white gown and hunter green cloak and slowly walked the paths away from the palace walls as she could only go outside at night for her skin was to pale for the sunlight to touch her small bare feet let out a soft glow letting out small light in front of her she was a simple elf and assisted those in need when she saw the lower class she would often top talk and comfort then along with offering food and often shelter as she was known as the white rose princess her her duties and deeds to her kind and people

The creature made some grunts as it pushed over a bin, sniffing the left over food inside. It ate some, though it decided the food wasn't high enough quality. It stumbled the streets more, it's like whip like tail held above the ground as it walked.

The hooded maiden, grasped at her stomach as it grueled as if angry. She mutters a curse in her native language and continues walking in a rush. These so called cities are strange to her and tales of their wonder have not been as was told to her. At this moment her choice to leave her people and her lands, has been nothing but the stupidest decision shes ever made. That being shes made much but by far at this moment its the worst. The night is coming quickly and she feels shes gonna have to rest in one of these filthy allies.

The young Maiden Princess could now be seen in a clear sight as many bowed before her in respect and with a light and calm hand she would take them into her loving arms it was almost like she was worshiped as a goddess to these people as she smiled she moved her cloak handing out warm meals from a bag she carried as she produced meats fine ales and bread for them as she healed any wounds they showed to her. It was clear this young maiden was high in her status and cared for all who seeked her for her tales of love and legacy traveled to any lands as many did come to seek for her aid

In her rush and confusion she failed to notice the commotion that was occuring. A few of these people bump into her as they rush towards what looks like some girl in a white dress and green cloak they all seem to be bowing. "what a strange custom." she thinks to herself. She does see the food being pasted around. she hesitates and doesn't want to lower herself to this child. Her stomach says otherwise, so she hesitantly heads in that direction and skillfully goes through the crowd without calling attention to herself.

The creature appeared next to the hungry, hooded maiden. It might have been a threatening appearance, if it didn't have a bin stuck on its head. Try as it might it couldn't dislodge the object and was walking aimlessly into bullrings.

As she headed towards this child handing out food. She spots a strange creature that appeared next to her. She is startled for a second but realizes its causing no harm and has some metal object stuck on its head. she pushes it aside softly, while slowly moving backwards closer to the child with food and watching the creature for any aggresive action.

The creature throws it's head around taking in great gulps of air, it's eyes followed its rescuer and apoun smelling the girl with food it followed.

Tarma hadn't seen either as she made her rounds she slowly lowered her hood her pale skin radiated from the moons glow her hair a light red as it was kept in a tight braid with white roses gently placed in between braids her lips were a deep crimson red as she had light blush upon her cheeks her collar bones were visible as she had a very thin frame. She wore no crown but had markings of a royal family member. she knelt down to a small in heading her some bread and juice as she got up she slowly started on her way down the path still unaware of the two nearby

The creature used its long tail to trip her over, approaching her it appeared to be attacking. Opening its mouth it moved closer... And took a mouthful of bread. Sitting down calmly it tried to chew it, but it's teeth for unsuited to eating it. Spitting it up it used its tail to chop it up, much like a chopping knife. Sitting beside the princess it started to swallow peices whole.

seeing the creatures face the hooded maiden is shock. She notice the creature going towards her and quickly moves out of the way and watches it go towards the girl. She thinks to herself she might be over her head in this city though she most have food before she perishes from hunger. so she goes towards the child and realizes the childs beauty is unmatched by many now that her cloak wasnt covering her. strange to see such beauty in such a ugly land she thinks to her self. and walks in the childs direction not droping her hood. seeing the creature trip and attack the child she rushes to her aid.

The yound princess not sure how to react simply stood back up brushing herself off she was slightly in shock by what had just happened but kept calm slowly backing away unaware of a hooded figure near she bumped into her and jumped slightly not turning towards her thinking that this person could be of harm. At that point a dark green glow illuminated from beneath her feet which was used as a warning this glow was the mages magick that empowered her and gave her the legendary name people had called to her for hundreds of years being a Herald Mage which was often feared by many people so keeping her back to the figure in a low but soft voice she said "Please..take what you wish..I want no fight" she was clearly not a young child but a bit older as she stood firm upon her feeet

The maiden pulls down her hood and her long dark purple hair glows lightly in the moon light, pointed ears, and her jade colored eyes gleam as light hits them, her skin a light tan and slender yet beautiful features are heightened by the tribal marking on her face. she grasps the girl on both shoulders and asks if shes alright in her native language paying no mind to the childs words and angerly turns to the creature and threateningly speaks again in her native language calling it fawl and disgusting.

The creature turned its head towards her, it didn't under stand her words but recognised the tone of aggression. With an aggravated hiss it have a quick crack of its tail like a whip, the sharp spike at the end coming short of them. It didn't display any aggression, this attack being only a warning.

The young maiden now in the middle of the two realizing that the woman didn't speak any sign of a language she knew thinking fast she offered the woman a small drink allowing her to speak an understandable language to try and communicate with her. She quickly got out of the way out of fear of being attacked as a few townsfolk ran to aid

after the creature wiped its tail at both her and the girl. she quickly realized she did not have any of her weapons on her, being she hid them in the woods before she entered the city to not draw attention. She realizes the child is handing over a drink of some sort and she takes it and drinks it in a rush due to thirst. she almost gags as she notices the bitter taste it has and some how feels a strange sensation in her head for a second. She speaks "child have you poisoned me!" that being her first impression and realizing she is thinking in her language but speaking that of these people, she covers her mouth with both hands while her eyes wide in shock. a moment passes and she realizes the town folk are gathering and the creature is still threatening shes out numbered and starts backing up noticing the danger shes in.

"calm" she whispered "I poisoned you not your able to understand me as i am you, I am trying to aid you not harm" she dismissed the townsfolk and kept the other creature at bay as she softly spoke " And I am no child i am nineteen.." she stood tall and gazed at this woman she was keeping safe from what could be danger
