It is the year 2088 and the entire West coast of the United States has become a mega city called "Ironfall". The culture is a fusion of Russian, American, and Japanese culture. Technology has run rampant, interconnecting almost everything and everyone. Drugs and crime are a common sight in the seedier parts of the sprawling city. Run of the mill criminals,drug dealers and hackers run rampant, as do the police, cracking down on anything they see fit. Mutants and cyborgs roam the streets. Magic and things like telekinesis have become a reality with the help of psionic amplifiers.

The tinny voice stops it's broadcast from one of the many government telly screens in the streets. Despite the efforts of the Urbans pols (urban police) they were lined with scribbly graffiti and scratched with slurs.
The streets are alive with the denizens of Ironfall, rush hour has just begun. The sound of the hypertrains thunders in the distance and clouds are darkening the evening sky.

Amzi looked up at the clouds from the streets of Ironfall. He stood in an alleyway to avoid getting swept away in the rush hour crowd. He then turned and walked into the crowd. He blended into the crowd, surprising since he was wearing a blue, sleeveless hoodie with the hood up, his arms were covered in skull and dragon tattoos, and his right arm from the elbow down was cybernetic.

Regan looked down from above, it wasn't uncommon for the massive TV screens to be placed on multiple buildings at multiple levels to allow more people to be kept into the loop. The closest one to him just happened to be below him as he looked out the window and had his headphones tuned into the live feed. It was much nicer the further up into the sky you went; less trash, less smog, less crime, less mess in general. And where there was a lack of seediness up here there was a surplus of opulence and affluence. He was passing time at this point, someone he had spoken to recently had agreed to meet him here - they had much to discuss.

Looking down at a pocket watch, Tsuna shook the rain water from his shaggy crimson hair. Tucking his pocket watch away he waited his company. The wind rushing past his face he spent he free time up here. Above it all away from it all.
