I was wondering if you, Kim, that is, could add in a dark screen setting, for some reason I'm active at night most of the time and no mater how low I turn my brightness my eyes start to get tired after a while. Now I know looking away from the screen and letting your eyes rest a bit is a good idea but given that a lot of sites have them I was thinking that... maybe?

I've been asked about various other skins before, whether it's a sci-fi version, a steampunk version, or even an inverted version for low light situations. I'm really reluctant to create alternate versions of the site, as it would mean needing to test and maintain multiple versions. And I'm pretty overwhelmed with just the one. >.>

There are some browser plugins out there that claim to automatically recolor websites for less eye strain at night. Maybe one of those might help?

Maybe I should've posted this in the Help forums... Well, thanks anyway.

You're awesome Kim!

Why in help? This was the right place for it. :)

I just tested this plugin:

There's a feature that lets you 'Dim' any website.

After selecting 'Dim' and sliding the bar all the way to the right, all I had to do was press Shift+F12 and it made the entire website less bright. :) Works very well for me.

Well, when I think about it, instead of actually posting this as the Subject above it would've been more... I don't know how to say it, I can't think of a word. Maybe you understand but I can't think of the right word

I'll try that, I do have a brightness setting for my Desktop, but it's really old and I need to turn the brightness down from the monitor, which is a hassle.
