Hi! This'll be my first RP based post on this site so here we go!
This RP will be set in a universe between all other universes however there's a catch. The characters thrust into this world are all fantasy characters, no guns, no power armor, no technology whatsoever besides swords, shields, daggers, bows, and all the likes of that. The characters won't know why, or how, they got to be where they are except for the fact that they were probably at ruins or something like that so feel free to get creative with your character's entry.

It is said that in order to create a universe another must die to fuel it's life. How is it decided which ones die and what kind of universe is made? Who or what gets to make these decisions? Why make such a sacrifice just to start over? These are all questions that must be answered accordingly, for as you read this story a previous generation of souls pass and a new generation take their place to accept a challenge. What is this challenge? Why must a generation of souls take this challenge? What do you mean by souls? All of your questions will be answered by the means of a challenge through trials. It all began with the overseer, the one who watches all universes, catching sight of the first 10 universes. He saw them and embellished them with his own structures or masses such as planets, temples, or even portals set on massive asteroids. Over time the overseer created a universe to test the people from all the original 10 universes dragging their souls forcefully and without warning as they traveled among his structures. With each passing generation of souls he told them the secret of the universe and why he pulled them into this trial. Now it is your turn, the next generation of souls from this set time period of life to complete what the last has finished on their own. Are you ready?

Essentially this is all for both fun and games for the overseer and for the sake of universes. The story will explain why for the sake of universes later on in the future when the chosen souls complete the challenge. Take note this is meant to be a LONG TERM RP, meaning there will have to be some thought put into this RP and if you're willing to be erased from existence (not literally just the universe your character is in) then feel free to join. OH and before I forget, there will be points where your character dies, and once they die they are effectively erased from existence, and yes there is a secret exception to this rule that I will explain later. If you're willing to join feel free to I've put a ton of thought into this idea and I'd love to see it come to life.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.

Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.

I like to put a culture behind my stories, that's what gives my characters their edge. I don't know how much that helps you but it's the best I got right now lol
I like the idea. Culture is good. Most of my characters have minds of their own and I sometimes find it hard to develop them outside of inter-story interaction.

I'll try making a group that way we all can keep updated and I can make threads inside the group to help us RP better and stay more organized as well as have a front page with a consistently updated rules and story.

All my characters are from an original story i have on my mind for a while now. However the best way to develop them and their story is to roleplay them. I think this is the best way to learn more about them.

The question is there just because it can be, it was briefly mentioned (I hope it was anyways) to whom the creator is in the story and their name but you know it's fine if you don't answer it, it's just a gimme question for fun.
