The Five Omnipotents have taken on seven acolytes. The Five include Water Eel, Fire Lion, Lightning Hawk, Light Goddess, and Void God. Their true names are unknown, yet it is said that only those who know their true names can inherit the powers of their deity. In this RP I'm looking for four other members to be the other acolytes. We are set in the World of Arkadios, fighting with others with the same magical abilities as us, but as we are the Five Acolytes, we constantly grow in strength, speed, and skill. Gunpowder is not an element found on our world, so guns are an impossibility. If you want to join, then reply. Another option is to become someone who is not one of the Five Acolytes, but can still be in the group. Don't worry, acolytes will not be super over-powered compared to regular characters. As I've stated above, they just have the ability to advance in power quicker than normal people, and their raw magic power will be doubled. So if, again, if you want to join, reply and leave skills you'd like for your character. And I mean passive things, like to sense power or something like that.

I'd like to be the fourth alcolyte, the Light Goddess. And so it is fitting for my fine character here.

Creating light would include fire, fire like the sun, and she is really quite intrigued by fire. So perhaps she could use fire?

Although I'm still thinking this through, of course. I haven't quite figured out what she should specialize in other that the obviousness of the alcolyte title.

I would be interested in joining. Could I be the third acolyte, Lightning Hawk?

Well, three Acolytes have been taken. But five spaces for regular mages are still open. By the way, you don't need a specific sort of character to be an Acolyte, I'll just add on the abilities to the character of your choice.

I wouldn't mind being the fire lion. My character fits the description fairly well.

Would it be okay to be a mage completely based on dodging attacks? I'd have to describe my character in a pm due to them being vague at the moment. I've always wanted to be a character completely based on dodging until your opponent gets mad enough to give up.
