"coming up to the station now Captain." Rose reported as she noticed the ship approaching the given coordinates. Though excited to finally be assigned to a travelling ship, specifically the new horizon, Rose couldn't help but feel that a basic recon mission was rather, below her expertise, though she couldn't explain. To be able to, almost, freely travel amongst the stars was a lifelong dream come true.

"Understood." the Captain blankly replied, "This is simple gather the medical files and once we've done that we will, hopefully, be assigned a more..." he paused looking for the right words, "unpredictable mission."

Coming up to the station, which was barely the size of the bridge, Rose slowed down the new horizon so they halted several kilometres from their objective. Looking over to Kala, her Academy friend and the ships assistant navigator, Rose gave her a sweet smile, this houldn't be too hard should it?

(I hope that's a good beginning for everyone. Your character can do pretty much whatever he/she wants at the moment. This part shouldn't last too long, we'll get to the action scene first I just wanted everyone to get a few posts in X3 again hope the beginnings okai. Oh! The mission in summary is that a science team were evacuated from the station due to inability to successfully support life so the ship has to gather their research before space pirates come across it :3)
Andrew Stahlman (played by SleekJackal)

A screen lights before rose as the intercom signals a call from engineering. Andrew is in the main engineering bay under the Mk V walker. Amon Amarth is playing in the background, as he has an arm halfway inside one of the compartments. "Hey Rose, we hit that station yet?, running out of things to pretend I'm fixing down here", he says with a chuckle.
Quill Dawson (played by RustHealer11865)

Quill was pacing back and forth. He wasn't really paying any attention to what was happening, it was recon mission after all his expertise wouldn't be needed right now. A small orb floated behind him. On the front was a screen with a smiley face on it. He kept pacing, thinking of new ideas.
Hasgramorne (played by Draken901)

-Somewhere nearby-

A pod-like star-ship drifts through space, while it's pilot sleeps on the reclining seat. With coordinates to go to an unexplored solar system to see what he could find, to possibly bring a profit and help the war back home a little bit. Needless to say, he just wanted a little bit of time to himself without hearing a gunshot or explosion every hour on the field.

It's also needless to say he wasn't expecting to find anything on his trip. That quickly ended with his ship flying straight into the station. And oh no, it didn't bounce off either. It must of been going fast because it managed to lodge itself into one of the station walls, and possibly break more than one thruster on his ship.
Vincent stood outside, waiting for his cousin. They had both signed up as crew members for this expedition. Vincent was going to be one of the navigators on this ship. Vincent looked up and stared at the ship he would be boarding in. It was huge. A spaceship like that must need a lot of fuel, Vincent thought. Vincent stood outside tapping his foot impatiently.
Vincent bent down and opened the small luggage of things that he found worthwhile to bring with him. There were several clothing items, a wireless laptop, phone, his own cup, and an old hair clip that belonged to his mother. His sister didn't want it, so she gave it to Vincent. Vincent let out a sigh and closed his luggage. Where on earth was his cousin?!
Ette held a box of differently-colored liquids in his arms, carefully balancing them. He was tired. He and his cousin had recently been assigned to another ship as crew members with several other people. He walked through the automatic doors and spotted his cousin waiting for him rather impatiently. Ette almost broke into a run, before remembering the delicate chemicals he was carrying. He slowed his steps and painstakingly walked over to his cousin.
"Hey, Vincent," He said cheerfully, stopping and partially balancing the box on his knee, "How're you doing? Excited?!"
Vincent sighed, glad that Ette was finally here, "I can help you carry that." Vincent picked up Ette's luggage and his own. "I'm quite excited for the trip. There are going to be so many things that need to be documented." Vincent started pulling the luggages up the ramp of Alioth. "When we get settled in, you need to take a nap. Seriously, you're going to start growing backwards with the lack of sleep you have." Vincent patted Ette on the head, "Let's go, Ette!"
The door at the end of the ramp was already open. Vincent looked in and his eyes widened. This ship was created for harsh climates and the rough environment of space. Vincent hoped they wouldn't run into too many hostile creatures on their expedition.
"No, I don't think so. I haven't seen a single person grow backwards at all, let alone from lack of sleep!" Ette laughed. He let Vincent take his things; Vincent wouldn't let him take them back anyways. He saw Vincent look at the ship and brightened. "Doesn't the ship look cool? You always like stuff like that, right, Vincent? Personally I don't think it's very delicate or extremely difficult to make, but it is aesthetically pleasing in a tech-way, isn't it? What about that other one, over there?"
Ette pointed to the pod-like ship stuck in one of the station walls. "Should we go see if the person in that is alright? I don't think that was supposed to happen," Ette said worriedly.
Sivwikkas (played by Ilmarinen)

Much to their chagrin, Sivwikkas wasn't assigned to the bridge when the ship approached the station. It was their very first official space mission, and they'd had almost nothing to do!

The Isswas waited in the empty mess hall, sitting next to one of the curved windows. In reality, it wasn't a window at all--an opening in the hull like that would compromise its integrity. Instead, they were viewscreens set to project what was beyond them. The morale officer would likely change the view to anything Wikkas asked, but they liked gazing off into the stars.

Something else was advancing on the tiny station. Wikkas straightened up and stared as a small personal pod crashed into the station's hull, sending a shockwave through it. The Isswas exclaimed and laid their hands on the viewport, staring in horror at the scene unfolding before them. It was a marvel that both pod and station hadn't been completely obliterated, though the damage was doubtlessly extensive, and the hull could still buckle. "We have to get everyone off the station!" Wikkas said to themself, though they waited for commands from the captain.
Hasgramorne (played by Draken901)

After peeling his body off of the reinfored wind-shield of the ship, he gets up to see that nearly all the systems of the pod-ship are offline or malfunctioning. With errors popping all over the monitors on the control panels he realizes there's one last thing to do. Since the escape mechanism doesn't work anymore, he might as well just blow his way out of it.

And that's exactly what he's going to do. He takes his blazaar and E.M cannon off of their respective racks in the ship, he holsters the blazaar and aims at the back of the pod-ship with the cannon. His helm and guantlets deploy, his armor ready and active to resist the explosion. After blowing a hole, he climbs out of the ship, and climbs onto the station he crashed into.
"The person's coming out..." Ette turned towards the ship, seeing the person climbing out onto the station. "Hello? You alright there? Do you need medical attention?" He called out, walking towards the person.
Rose Grantwood (played by Waterose56) Topic Starter

After recieving a message from engineering Rose flicked on her communications and responded. "Don't worry Andrew," she chuckled slightly, " if you so bored you can put together a pod to head over there. Rose out." Ending the communications Rose was startly, a small alarm went off on her consol screen.

"Captain." She adrressed still looking at her scren, "There seems to be a breach on the eastern shell of the ship"

"Do you know what caused it?"

"Negative Captain," standing up she turned to face him, "Should i go investigatate?" Nodding his head in affimation, Rose began to head towards the lift and saw, before the doors closed, Kala take her place at the navigations console.

Heading towards the breech zone thoughts of possibilitys swirled around her head.
Andrew Stahlman (played by SleekJackal)

Andrew seeing the breach alarm rolled out from under the Mk V, grabbing one of the rifles he had thrown together. Joining Rose in the corridor leading to the eastern shell. "What the hell happened?", he says rounding the corner walking up behind Rose, jogging to catch up.
Quill Dawson (played by RustHealer11865)

Quill paused from his pacing to see what was going on. He ran towards where everyone else was running. What was happening?
Rose Grantwood (played by Waterose56) Topic Starter

"I have no idea." She replied seeing Andrew run after her. "Something triggered a shell breach." Taking a sharp turn they neared the given location.

Whilst walking hurridly along the long metalic corridor Rose saw Quill making his way over to the breach. Waving her hand in his direction she called, "Quill!" As Rose and Andrew caught up to him the three of them continued along the hallway, "you have any idea whats going on??"
Sivwikkas (played by Ilmarinen)

The sound of voices in the hall drew Sivwikkas' attention, and they jumped down from the window and hurried over towards the door. The Isswas recognized the three humans that walked by, though didn't recall their names. For a moment they hesitated, unsure if they should follow the humans and try to engage them, or just wait for orders.

"Hey, wait up!"

The little alien, not even a meter tall, scampered out of the mess hall. They had to jog to catch up to the three, and then walk very briskly just to match their stride. "Something crashed into the station," Wikkas said, craning their neck to look up at the humans. "Like, an escape pod, or something. I'm amazed it didn't completely destroy the integrity of the shell ..."
Quill Dawson (played by RustHealer11865)

Quill looked at the little alien. "Well that isn't good." The small orb flying around him was making beeping noises alerting him to the breach. "I know Peter! You're a little late." Quill looked ahead, if the breach got any worse they could be in trouble. Let's just hope it's not as bad as everyone thinks he thought.
Niiki (played by HuorSpinks)

A breach? Niiki slowly pushed herself upright from where she had been sprawled on her bunk. She had been not quite asleep, but was most certainly heading there, or at least she had been until she had been so rudely interrupted by the sound of alarms, as well as a voice over the intercom telling all crew members to head towards the eastern side of the ship. For a moment, she paused, blinking blearily, then an irritated expression crossed her face. A low growl issued from the back of her throat as she flung the covers off, her feet landing on the cold metal with slightly more force than necessary. She shoved her feet into her flat-heeled combat boots, grabbed her leather jacket and yanked it on, grabbed her vibro-whip off the bedside table and hooked it onto her belt.

Then she hit the switch next to the entrance of the room, once again, with more force than necessary. As the hatch slid open with a hiss, she stalked out of the room, her tail twitching tensely as she headed towards the area that the breach was supposed to be located.
Andrew Stahlman (played by SleekJackal)

Andrew walking quickly down the hall with the group turns his head looking down a connecting hall. "Kitty cat", he says smiling glancing down at the weapon she carried. "What're you gonna do with that whip the hull back together?", he says chuckling to himself.
Hasgramorne (played by Draken901)

After climbing out onto the station, he grabs onto part of the wall, trying to regain his senses from that calamity. He shakes his head and slings his cannon onto his back and looks around trying to figure out where's he's exactly at. Some sort of space station, that's for sure, and apparently it's not a Hasgramordian one either. Well, at least it doesn't seem like it.

It was then he noticed someone walking toward him. Seemed friendly enough. "Eh? What is this station? You with one of the factions?"
