We've been looking into that. There would need to be some kind of on-demand automation of printing and shipping the DVDs, and the RPR would need to get a reasonable cut after the manufacturer got their share. And Darth got his share, for that matter! Create Space seems like a likely candidate for that, although I'm not sure it would do the maps.

What if you did a "limited" order basis? I've seen it with smaller art sites that do their own product. They do batches of 5-10 every few months. It would allow you guys to do your unique RPR gifts without losing any potential of maps etc. and you can do it when you have time rather than having to worry about another company on top of everything.
