This Looking For RP topic is marked as closed, meaning it is no longer seeking new players.
A tournament has been set by the Nameless God, who wishes to know who the strongest Soul is... EVER.
So he has made a pact with the Deal Maker of Old, to capture all the Souls of all the most Heroic, Smartest, Powerful, and Evil to fight to the death to determine who's the most powerful in the entire Multiverse.
Though this isn't the first Soul War (it's actually the 9th), most all of the participants have never been in a Soul War before.
The Nameless God chose 5 humans to be Masters of these powerful Souls, and the Master and their Soul must work together if they expect to win the Soul War.
For the Soul War to come to an end, there can only be one Soul left.
Alrighty, I assume that if you're reading this, that means I caught your attention.... Great!
Also, I should warn that I have no problem with high amounts of language or violence.
If you choose to be a Master, you will have 5 Command Talismans that you can use to cause your Soul to do an involuntary act, thus bending them to your will.
Be careful though, they are each only worth one use, and once all 5 are gone, you're no longer the Soul's Master.
In addition, there will be 3 Master's that practice Magic, the other 2 will have other... abilities. *evil smirk*
Masters may be OCs, though if you have a need for a character, I do have some.
Souls, however, in comparison to Masters, are WAAAY stronger, and could basically wipe out an entire town by themselves.
A Soul must adhere to their Master's Command Talismans, though, if you can find a loophole in their command, feel free to use it.
For Souls, you may submit OCs, but preferably an adapted Mythological character (classic literature is okay as well), or if you need one, I have several you could use, or a real life person.
(Examples, George Washington, Hercules, Hitler, Sherlock Holmes, Mogana Le Fay, Snow White....)
The possibilities are nigh endless. xD

Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Details: Occasional dice use, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.
Omg the souls thing reminds me of the anime Nobunagun! I'm not interested, but I think this is a very cool idea, indeed ^^

I've been trying to get into the Fate series for a long time, actually! I'll definitely check it out
This sounds pretty interesting, if you get a big enough group to do it, I would be interested in RPing a soul. I would prefer to use a custom character though.
I want to roleplay as a soul as well. I will probably grab something from some kind of Asian mythology.
