Evence locked her jaws and squeezed her eyes shut as her hair started to turn black, the pain got much worse. Balling her hands into fists, she dug her nails into her palms and tried not to scream. The pain felt like liquid fire coursing through her veins slowly and torturingly. Her body shivered for a moment and Evence buried her head in Tell's chest.
This continued for twenty more minutes before slowly the pain faded and she was a normal human.
Panting, Evence squirmed a bit in Tell's hold. Now all of a sudden Tell's hold was a whole lot stronger than before and he was pretty much crushing her.

Rose cleared her throat. "Tell as you can probably remember, humans are weaker than werewolves. Theres no way to put this lightly but, your crushing her." she concluded with a slight amused smile.

Tell's eyes widen in surprise when Rose spoke, then let go of her. "Sorry Eve..." he whispered to her. He had been expecting something a lot worse. More screaming, fighting or anything really. but he was happy it was over none the less. "Ho-how you feeling Eve?" he asked her, concern in his voice

"Better now that you arent crushing me," Evence replied breathlessly.
She was just teasing him though, she knew he didnt know he was crushing her. Softly she kissed him and stayed close to him.
Her hair was jet black and her eyes were a deep green now. Her skin was slightly pinker than her usual fair skin. Needless to say though, she looked fragile as a human.

"I'm sorry..." he whispered to her. He then looked at Rose "You mind just checking over her head Rose?" he asked, sitting the both of them together on the bed

Rose nodded and walked over. "Stay still Evence," she ordered and looked at the gash.
Evence winced and wanted to duck away badly. Rose frowned but didnt say anything, she walked over to her desk and poured another cup of tea.
"Ok she should be fine..for now.." she muttered the for now part.

"What you mean, for now?" he asked her, still holding onto Eve. "Rose, please, just tell us everything.

Evence closed her eyes and leaned on Tell.

"Im just saying that it might reopen. You have to be careful," Rose explained.
Finishing her cup of tea, she set it down and looked at Evence.
"Tell can i talk with you in the hall please?" Rose asked and motioned to the door.

Tell heisted, but nodded "sure...Eve, you'll be fine right?" he asked as he pushed against her to get off the bed.

Evence nodded and layed back on the bed. "I'll be fine," she murmured and quickly fell asleep.

Rose opened the door and when tell came out of the room, she motioned for him to close the door.
"I need to say something about Evence's family. That isnt really something i should be saying to you, but this is something you need to know," she said.

Tell looked at her, clearly confused. 'What else is there to know about her? What other secrets?' "Umm...are you sure you should tell me? Maybe Eve should tell me when shes ready."

Rose shook her head and sighed. "She wouldnt tell you. Her mom was a human, but she discovered werewolves while she was in a bar one night. Evence's father saw her and knew the moment they met that they were soulmates. He took her to his camp and marked her. Her mom stayed and they made this pack. I dont know all the details, just what her father told me. Evence's blood is a mix between human and werewolf blood. She lost alot of blood and her werewolf blood was the only thing keeping her from dieing. She still hasnt recovered all the lost blood and now she is just left with human blood. I dont think its enough to keep her stable..." she explained.

Tell listened, still slightly confused, but listened none the less "Is there anything we can do? How about blood transfusions?"

Rose hesitated and frowned in thought. "We could.. but we have to clear it with Evence first," she concluded.
Opening the door, she motioned for Tell to go in first.

Tell went inside, and quickly sat down beside Eve. "How you feeling Eve?" Tell asked her as he wrapped around her shoulder

"I feel fine. A little dizzy but fine other than that," Evence replied.
She looked over at Rose and smiled.
"So whats the big secret about you two?" she asked.

Rose sat down in a chair behind her desk.
"Well Evence im not sure if you have enough human blood to keep you stable. Tell wants to do a blood transfussion but i need to clear it with you first," she explained and looked at both of them.

Evence hesitated and bit her lip.

"Whoa, I just offered the idea. I'm in a new area. I'm not sure what we should do, if we need to do anything."

Evence smiled a little and kissed Tell's cheek. "Its ok. Um yea if thats what you think we need to do Rose," she agreed.

Rose nodded and got up from her chair. "I need to run to the city to get some human blood for the transfussion. I'll be back in 30 minutes or so," she said and walked out the door.
Rose went to Dai and Harren's room. Knocking, she opened the door a little but didnt go in.
"Hey Dai can you help me with something?" she said into the room.

Ring! Cody Wesson, a young man in his mid-twenties, flinched and answered the phone. "Hello? Yes, this is he. ...I see. ...Very well, thank you." He hung up and contemplated the far wall of his apartment complex. It was covered in guns, bearing everything from shotguns to rifles to the occasional pistol. A set of revolvers hung by their holsters and to these he went and slung them around his waist. He checked his pockets for ammunition and came up with two speed-loaders, both containing seven rounds of silver bullets. Slipping them back into his pocket, he slung one of the shotguns over his shoulder and then headed for the main room, pausing mid-way.

He opened what appeared to be a closet door and stepped into the walk-in closet...the bottom of which contained cases of rounds for the guns on his wall. He grabbed several more rounds of ammunition before heading for the front door where he locked up tightly.

He headed for the streets, turning not so many heads as one might think. After all, in the matter of a few months, he'd quickly garnered a reputation for himself as a remarkable marksman and hunter. Even if what he hunted was "classified". Not that anyone would believe he hunted werewolves.

Harren laid in her room, rubbing at her now large baby bump. She was due anytime now, and she was excited beyond belief.

Dai laid beside Harren with a sweet smile on his face.
