Rules:

Every morning, a prize and a new target number will be announced. The first person to roll that number on a 1d100 will win the announced prize.
Everyone gets one roll after a target number is announced. If after 12 hours no one has rolled the target number, everyone gets a second roll. After another 12 hours has passed, everyone gets a third roll, and so forth.
Users only, no rolls by characters will be counted.
One prize per day. Once it's been claimed, the contest is closed for the day.
If you win a prize, you're done for the rest of the contest -- give someone else a chance to win too!
There are four prizes to be won, so the contest will last at a minimum 4 days! (Longer if we have a day where no one manages to roll the target number)
