In all honesty, I was appalled when I first came here. The amount of support couldn't get any greater. I'll bet that if the person still is active, and you send a message or friend request, they will answer. I know from experience that they are a great group of persons to ask questions, and also the admin here are awesome. Basically, don't be scared to ask questions. If you ever need to, go ahead and send me a message, and I'll help you out the best I can.
