When it comes to occupations on Xucrutov, one if they best paying ones go along the lines of getting ones hands dirty. Mercenaries and assassins tend to get a solid pay for the work they do. Many of the walls of major trade cities are lined with many variations of work, from assassin targets to bodyguards, one way or another if one wanted to get payed and battle they could find a job.
As you gloss over these job listings one manages to stand out from the others. No it doesn't contain a different appearance, nor is its client a well known face. However it's quarry and reward is what makes it an outstanding. Draconis Occidentalis: the mighty dragon. The page reads as follows: "Providing a large sum of coin or the head and talons of the nomadic Ixen Dragon that burns down any hunting parties or mercenary guilds that travel in its wake." Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.
Industrial revolution
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
