What I'm looking for is something similar to a RP a long time ago. It was a modern day gothic romance (kind of inspired by Jane Eyre, Wuthering Heights, and Crimson Peak). The character type I'm looking for is basically a gentleman type with a dark side. I used to be very specific about what I wanted, but I'm leaving it open so you have creativity over your character. All I ask is that you're open to an age gap.
Basically, the plot went like this: my OC and my partner's met at a family event. He was suppose to be dating her step aunt, but they weren't serious. He becomes infatuated with her after they speak, and he somehow found her phone number. He was able to figure out which school she went to, and since he was an author, he did a book signing right next to it. My character happened to look him up that day and figure out he was there. So, she went after school, and they got ice cream. At that point, my partner stopped replying. Our intention was that he would eventually take her away from her family to live on the English country side in a Victorian ancestral mansion with his family. I can send you a few responses from that RP if you want to get a feel for that character.
I'm really flexible with everything, and I love hearing my partner's ideas.
Also, I would prefer doing this RP through email.
