Only a mod can move a forum thread, so either contact a mod, or just make a new one. This Introductions forum is for people new to the site, and not really characters.

Also, depending on if you're 18+, and the exact type of romantic rp you have in mind, this may be better to post on the Adult Only Looking for Rp Forum, which I don't have a link for.
