Hi everyone! I've been on hiatus from writing for a while now, but I want to get back into things before NaNoWriMo so I can get the creative juices flowing!
I'm actually intending to write my RP character's backstory for NaNoWriMo too, so this'll be perfect practice to get into her character more.
I'm looking for one character that would fit the rough description above; the character I will be playing as is Ardira. I would prefer if at all possible your character could fit into the Forgotten Realms universe - no anthro characters sorry. I've no interest in romance; tension is about as much as you'd get out of Ardira anyway, and even platonic relationships are a bit of a push.
Your character is welcome to try though I would like my RP partner to be literate in standard and be able to match my at least 300 - 500 words per post. Taking control of minor characters in the story is absolutely fine; and I encourage you to do so (i.e. don't leave all the plot steering to me).
Role play will be RPR forum based; I'll create a thread once we've agreed to get started, and I don't expect multiple posts per day - depending on how busy life is, once or twice a week is good for me. Quality over quantity.

Magic is very common. Magic-tech, grand floating islands, forests that sing, magical creatures may be an every-day occurrence.

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.

(In general I mean, not just that character!)
This sounds like a hell of a lot of fun. And I'm rather familiar with Faerun and FR in general, though it's by far my least favorite setting for D&D. My only issue is I doubt I can keep up with the 300-500 words per post as my post lengths tend to wax and wane with the predicaments of the rp itself. So I will just say that I wish you the best of luck in finding a partner and perhaps we could rp another time.

For some reason I didn't get a notification that I got a response xD I am rping with this character in another rp atm tho and don't think I want to do 2 ar once with her.
