Hey there! I wanted to get something casual going on with Artemis now that I'm living back in Texas and settled down from a recent move. While I'm on break in between mine and my fiancé's continued unpacking and reorganisation of our room and my working on commissions off and on, I'd like to be able to come back to an Overwatch RP to help develop my character, Artemis and get a feel for her. If it helps you develop your characters, or get a feel for your newly made, or never RP'd as characters, all the better!
Artemis is an enthusiast of Overwatch activities, and typically does the best she can in the organisation she is in to uphold a protector/hero status of her own. She takes the 'the world could always use more heroes' to heart, and believes that anyone can be a hero if they put their mind to it.
As it is, Artemis is an artist who developed her own hard light technology (same kind of tech utilised in Reinhardt's shield, and Symmetra's turrets for example). She carries around what people have described as an over-sized brush that paints in hard light.
Ah... romance isn't typically at the forefront of my mind when I do LfRP threads, however... Artemis is open to romance... though they might be more of flings. Artemis is a pansexual, so m/f and f/f are accepted as well as ominc/human relations. Again, it's probably not going to be permanent, but it is a possibility that there might be interest between both characters.
Anyone that is 18+ that wants to do NSFW, sorry, no. I don't do NSFW with anyone that I haven't known for a certain amount of time.
I desire role play that is lit format and preferably a little longer than just a couple sentences per reply. ; v ;
I'm super OC/FC friendly, and I don't mind RPing with canon characters! I strongly request that characters not part of the Overwatch-verse not apply.
Other than that, I'm very open to conflict, I'm open to budding friendships or enemy relations, and I'm open to a lot that has to deal with character dynamics and general character building.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Far future, perhaps interstellar travel (generation ships)
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
