October. Halloween. He and fellow abandoned Funhouse animatronics loved it as they could go out of the forest and actually do stuff without someone trying to run them over, anyway, the withered old animatronic human stumbled towards a large manor, unaware of us surroundings or others, he just wanted some candy, dispite being a robot xd
Many things, huh? His look was bemused, but he gave the thought no mind as he grabbed a bunch of sweets and dropped them into the pumpkin's head. "There ya go."
A so-called piece of him died as each sweet disappeared. Everyone was getting all of the candy, and he only got a few pieces. Why? Because his feminine half wanted to be nice for Halloween. He gave the cute thing as polite a goodbye as he could muster before closing the door fuming. He didn't even fight when Meliere took the bowl from him, he was that fed up.
"Aw, someone looks a bit cranky~!" She teased while wandering away with the sweets and starting to give them a shake.
"You know what, bite me! You can handle the next one!" He snapped before storming off with a newfound vigor to find the rest of the candy stash. Forget the trick-or-treaters. That candy was as good as Alexander's.
"Yeesh, what a pain..." She couldn't help but giggle though. The night had been normal like she wanted so far, and she was happy as could be. She kept shaking the bowl, slightly amused at the sound of the candy wrappers rustling together before stashing it away in a nearby bookshelf cupboard. She opened the next one over and pulled out a new bowl of chocolates, just in case. "I wonder when more people will show up..." She mused to herself.

The robot began to poke the door of the manor, eventually hitting the doorbell button by accident, it tilted its head, unlike most times where it would murder people for fun, Halloween was a time for rest and fun for him, he was....at peace when it was Halloween
Soft thuds from the front door grabbed the female's attention as she was about to sit down on the ottoman before... The doorbell rang. She gasped in delight. "A trick-or-treater!" With a spry foot barely seen in someone of her plump size, she hopped back up from her squatting position and stepped to the entrance with a spring in her gait. Was she really that happy to see people asking for candy? Not really. It was more of the fact she could have a normal Halloween for once. No monsters, no weird stuff ready to jump out at you, no impromptu visits from her fiance's 'friends...'
That is, until she opened the door with the bowl of chocolates and a cheery smile to say hi to... A robot? No, it looked more like a rusted human android. With blood on its clothes. That was definitely not normal. Or it was just a really, really good costume... Which didn't seem too likely considering that she saw metal in areas where bone was supposed to be. She kept her smile as she spoke to the man... machine?
"Good evening, sir! Can I help you?" So much for a 'normal' Halloween. But she couldn't say she wasn't used to this.

"H-Hello" His voice box was worn and broken, causing more static then words, he let out a robotic sigh of annoyance, life hadn't been nice to him in the last....60 years? He decided to just get this over this, pulling a shoddily made orange bag with 'Happy Halloween!' writen in a strange red substance
Yep. Definitely not a costume. Yet despite the clear signs here, she continued her usual cheeriness when he --it?-- held up the odd sack. Best not to question what kind of substance made up the letters.
"Oh, you're here for the candy!" She said as she scooped up a nice amount of chocolates and caramels and dropped them into the bag. Why a robot would want candy... Was not one of the questions on her mind at the moment. For all she knew, it was borrowing some of hers to give to other people.

Tilted its head slightly, before nodding its thanks, it turned around to go andddddd tripped, smashed, deactivated, lol robot got rekted gg, anyway, his friend, another robot, Jasmine, poked her head out from behind a tree, frowning before stumbling over
Meliere gave a slightly worried look; should she help out? But before she made her decision, another more pressing matter had just occurred inside the house via the sound of a vase breaking in the distance. Either Alexander tripped and knocked it over, or he smashed it thinking it was one of her hiding spots for the candy. If the latter was the case, it was time for damage control. Regardless, she had no choice but to close the door and check it out, rehiding the bowl of chocolates before seeing about her male counterpart.
Alexander groaned a bit in frustration while shifting a few pieces of porcelain with the tip of his sneaker: no candy here either! Yeah, he bumped into it by accident, but it didn't stop him from looking through the debris for bits of sugary goodness hidden under the broken shards. His clumsy luck and snooping eyes gained him a smack against the back of his head by Meliere upon her arrival to the scene. "Ow, man!" He grit between his teeth, rubbing the back of his head and shooting a furious glance at the woman.
"What have I told you about breaking things in the house?!" Meliere snipped, "Now clean it up! Seriously, you really need to curb yourself with the treats and have some patience about this...!"
"The fail I will! I want sweetness, danggit!!" He stomped his foot angrily. Both of their hand motions were wild and frantic as they continued arguing for a good while: one hoping more trick-or-treaters will show up and break them up from their fighting before she strangled her other half, the other wanting none of them to show up so he can have all the sweets in the house and teach his more hopeful side a lesson.
