The settings icon on my character page doesn't expand when I click on it/use the arrow keys etc. I was trying to find a way to add an art file to my profile and I'm having some issues with doing so.

Do you mean the page that appears after you click the pencil next to a character's name on the dashboard, that says "Manage (character name)"? That's the page where the link isn't working?

I go to my character page and hit the "Edit Character name" option. The page where I can add or change information comes up and there's a settings icon to the bottom right of the screen which doesn't respond when I try to click on it.

The problem you're describing almost always turns out to be a conflict with a browser plugin/extension. Do you know how to disable those? If it works with all extensions turned off, you can try re-enabling them one by one until you find the one causing the issue.

Figured it out! It was a weird setting with my mouse - there was a dead zone in my computer apparently. Got the profile updated a bit and found out how to upload artwork too!
