Anyone interested in a post-apocalyptic-ish low-fi RP? Imagine the world of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. and Metro series of games, then you'll know the setting i'm trying to convey.
Plot :
After the second incident of nuclear warfare which nearly destroyed all of Euraisia, the survivors of such an incident quickly made civilizations in the metro tunnels and in the Stalker outposts and villages in the Zones which popped up soon after. Many riches and treasures are in the Zones, especially in the radioactive patches near Chernobyl. Not to mention the countless kinds of mutants, anomalies, and supernatural forces and beings in the lands of the Zones.
Eventually, a faction of not so friendly Stalkers popped up in the Zones around Chernobyl, and began assaulting the various outposts and villages and taking their valuables. They murdered, stole, and many are wanting them dead. A Trader chief of a village directly east of Chernobyl is asking for volunteers to hunt down the group known as the Ivory Maw. Rewards? Whatever you find at their base and what they have on them.

Mutants can range from deformed humans (like, humans with an extra eye all the way to a person that's scaled and has a tail instead of legs, we aren't talking about "normal" radiation here.), all the way to beasts that seem like they've come from folk lore or nightmares.
Mutations can also things like having some sort of psychic or supernatural ability such as telekinesis or speaking to plants, as well as being able to see hallucinations or visions of things.
General supernatural forces can also be seen sometimes in this setting, such as anomalies, mind reading mutants, and other things of that nature.
The setting will be low-fi. In more detail, futuristic technology IS permitted somewhat, but nothing like reliable lazer weapons or cloaking suits. Things like exo-suits and grappling hook guns though, are completely fine.
Vehicles generally don't exist or work around the Zones, partially due to the high amounts of radiation in some areas.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
