The journals written by the late wizardess Kysa are some of the most valuable items in the entire world, containing things that are written nowhere else.
Thing is.. no one knows where they are. There's speculation that there's a clue as to where they are in her home atop Mount Echo, though no one knows for sure, and the climb is so vicious that no one dares to find out. However, a single young man has decided he's going up there.
Nyle Irvin, a clever thief and, though he may not know, one of the Naun, an ancient race who nearly died out millennia ago.. They were known to have an innate ability to control the powers of the world, which, the act of doing so, is now called the Mystic Arts, and is a very rare thing, as learning to do it without being Naun is difficult.
Nyle's plan is to stock up on goods to prepare for the trip, and begins stealing and snatching more.

In his excitement, however, he botches a theft(that's where you come in!), and the person catches him.
