So here's the deal, artistic folks: I have no art skills whatsoever, but I'd really like to have an icon. I was thinking of a black-and-white drawing of a Terisian (think Dunmer, but taller and blue) with the face from this statue: http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/images/28847/

Also, if you could do the picture in a similar style and setup as this picture, I would seriously consider naming my first born child after you.

I have a great idea in mind, but I'm not sure if it's correct. Does he have the pointy ears, or any characteristic of Dunmer? I get the face idea quiet well, but is that all you want is head and shoulders?

Le gasp! A response already! Yeah, I wanted the pointy ears and the gaunt sort of face, but the statue is also sort of gaunt so either gauntness works for me. I'd like for the head and upper body/torso to be visible, since in the source picture the guy (I never read New Grub Street, so I don't know his name) is sitting at a table and that's as much as we can see.

Alright, I will see what I can do then I also noticed that, he lacks hair. At least I think he does. Is there anything u want me to do about that?

I did notice the lack of hair; if you've ever played Oblivion, there's an elven hair style in there called "windswept". It's long-ish sort of hair with a reverse-widow's peak sort of thing. I'd try and get you a screenshot, but I don't have my version installed anymore. Let me bug people and see if I can find something that looks similar to that.

It sort of looks like the hair that Legolas has, except the point in the middle is a tad more pronounced and the hair is black, not blonde.

It's long-ish; the hair would be tucked behind the ears and allowed to flow free down to his shoulders, but no sideburns or facial hair.
