The brown haired female sat in a small cottage she called home. She was dressed up this year meaning she was in her normal clothes seeing as it looked like she had a costume on anyway. Her right eye covered by tiny Coleen flowers that crept around her head towards her left, she also had flowers visible in other parts of her body as well. Her "costume" was composed of a blue and purple striped turtle neck, a black jacket that fell mid thigh on her, a pair of dark jean shorts, a pair of black thigh high socks, and brown boots. Next to her she had a large box of candy of all types and sizes. Out side the modest home were several pumpkins that took her ages to carve with only one eye. Also in front of the house was a large han drawn sign that said happy Halloween it girl lettering.
It seemed that Artemis found herself in a peculiar locale. She looked around and attempted to get a feel for the place -- all the while attempting to make sure she knew how to get home.
Smoothing out the pleated folds of her sailor scout's outfit, Artemist pressed forward, idly twirling her hard-light brush between her fingers as she hummed a tune. Her backpack of remaining candies from her own event hung loosely from her shoulders, and seemed to announce to the world that it was still at least a quarter of the way filled with delicious sweets.
Before long, the black-haired woman had come to a pause when she took note of another young female. There was something about her costume that piqued Artemis' interest, and she walked her magical girl-dressed self over in order to first observe then interact if it got to that.
Keeping a smile on her face, Artemis wove to the brown-haired girl with flowers that adorned her with her prosthetic arm.
"Hi there! That's a pretty neat get up you have going on. It actually looks like the flowers are growing out of you! That's impressive!" Artemis said, grinning. She definitely had a great appreciation for visual effects, being an artist.

The night ahead promised great things. Well. Great things, should he choose to move and find them. Sans had been more than a little aware of the dawning festivities due to his brother's exuberant raving. With a grin and a nonchalant shrug, he had agreed to partake in the holiday. Grillby's was always oddly empty on nights such as these, much to the skeleton's quiet dismay. However, such holidays often came with perks. The perk of this particular holiday? Tricks. Ah yes. It didn't matter if they were bad, transparent or painfully predictable- Sans loved them. And what better day to subject those around him to the worst puns he had collated from his time in the Underground?
Whilst Papyrus went about preparing an elaborate costume 'FIT FOR ONLY THE BEST OF THE ROYAL GUARD'. Sans had opted for a much simpler look; blood...or rather: a half-hearted attempt of applying ketchup in a blood-like fashion. With a yawn, the short skeleton stretched to life, bones clicking in protest at the movement.
It would be good to do the rounds a little early and get the scope of the Halloween festivities at play. And hey- perhaps it was worth stashing a little candy early; he knew how Papyrus loved being surprised. Stepping lightly, Sans took an alternative route to his usual path, opting to create a shortcut of his own to reach to the homes of those nearby. Eventually he found himself nearing a cottage- a cottage adorned with decorations that screamed evidence that the person inside was enjoying the festivities almost as much as his skeleton brother.
With his usual grin plastered across his features, Sans raised a gloved hand to rap on the door.

"Ah thank you!" The half blind female says with a small smiling going with the flow as if her outfit was really a costume."it took me a bit of practice but it obviously worked" she laughs lightly before grabbing her box of candies holding it up to the other. "Here you go pick whatever you want~"

After hearing her door being nicked on Frisk walked to the front door picking up her box of candy. It took her a few tries to grab the small door knob but once she did she opened the door with one hand trying not to drop any candy on the floor. She smiles softly as she looks out the door to see who was there a small smile on her face as she sized up the costume before holding out the candy "Happy Halloween!" The female exclaims with a bright smile
Artemis' grin grew a little wider at the comment.
"Well, as they say, practise makes perfect!" Artemis went ahead and reached for a few candies to put into her backpack.
"Thanks for the candy, flowers~ Have a good rest of the night!"
With that, Artemis started on her way back toward where she felt home was.

A door was soon opened in response to his knock. With a knowing grin, Sans extended a hand to the young girl. Going door to door taking candy was a little dry and dull for the short skeleton. Such holidays required a bit of mixing up to keep them fresh and avoid the reality of them becoming dry and predictable.
'hey kiddo.'
Steadily, the skeleton bent down to close the few inches that came between them in height. His grin remained open and wide- not faltering as his the dim light from deep within his sockets flickered away, leaving dark voids of emptiness as he drank in the irony of the costume. Perhaps some monsters in his shoes - or rather, slippers- would laugh at such a sight. But the reality of the situation prevented Sans from oozing any genuine expression of humour at Frisk's dress-sense alone.

AHCHOO! the sound of the sneeze echoes in the air just before it happens: a mushroom cloud explosion of musty smelling yellow-green smoke. The stinky smog dissipates slowly, clinging to anything it touches for an uncomfortable length of time. But when it clears, there's a three foot tall snail sack dab in the middle of it, sniffling softly and chewing a mouthful of grass. It stares around at the three other people in the area, its big wet eyes twisting in different directions atop their stalks.
"HULLO?" it gurgles, perhaps a little bit too loudly.

Frisk smiles softly before taking his hand letting out a small laugh at the skeleton's antics before she shakes his hand letting go a little later. "A trick sounds fun" she replies laughing lightly "I don't normally get to be a part of a trick due to my situation.

"H-hello." The female replies a bit surprised as she looks at the rather tall snail. She tilts her head in question wondering what could make a snail talk and grow so large. Her brow eye studying the snail as she steps closer a few petals falling on the ground
